He was a great fan of the French rap groups NTM and IAM. He was discovered by Joey Starr, one of the members of the famous rap group NTM after listening to a sample tape named Bête de bombe.
In 2008, Disiz decides to go for a new music style mixing rap with electro/house, and changes his stage name to Disiz Peter Punk. He released his first album under this name, Dans le ventre du crocodile on May 11, 2010.
