The new cd includes duets versions of five familiar tunes composed by each guitarist, two duet arrangements of compositions by Russell Ferrante and Mike Marshall, and two solo tracks by each of Don and Andy for a total of 11 great performances.

I love how Don makes a HUGE impact on the song, yet never gets in the way of what Andy is doing with the melody and harmony. Sign of a true master.

That is because Ross is doing most of the percussive and the beats... reason why the song sounds a little more stylish. however, Andy Mckee is doing his tapping and melody which is his arrangement like you said. Both are legends in this style.

It’s super rare to see guys of this type of talent playing together on such a complex piece. I love the original solo version but this duet version is the definitive version for me now it’s so damn beautiful. Don Ross adds so much drama to this track. It really adds some dynamic weight to the piece. Holy god him and Andy are such tight players too. 11/10.
