Making memories take me
Reflecting on past experiences and memories can affect my mood and mental state, and not always in a positive way.

The amount of pain or negative emotions we experience is often exaggerated or not as intense as we believe it to be. We try to remain composed and not let our emotions control us.

It's uncertain whether others feel the same way as I do about the intensity of pain and negative emotions.

The consequences of our negative actions can be harsh and long-lasting, like a sharp and jagged chain.

And the proof
This is evident or clear to see.

It's unclear whether others see the same consequences and evidence as I do.

Will I ever loose
Will I ever be free from the burden or effects of my past actions.

These feelings of guilt and shame that are associated with religious upbringing or beliefs.

These feelings can impact my decisions and actions, guiding the direction I take in life.

Give me the strength to choose
I need the strength and courage to make positive choices that align with my values and morals, despite past mistakes or negative emotions.

I feel all low
I am currently feeling depressed or downhearted.

The fear won't grow
I try not to let fear control me or dictate my decisions and actions.

If I express my negative emotions and fears, they will eventually dissipate or disappear.

All the things that others have said or done to influence me or affect me in some way.

I have accepted it and internalized it.

I try to let go of negative influences and focus on positive things to lift my spirits.

People who have said or done negative things to me are difficult to hold accountable for their actions.

What positive things or support can you offer me to help me move forward and overcome negative influences?
