Donnie Klang Lyrics

Life Is a mystery
You never know what it's gonna be
I didn't know you were gonna leave
(And I was ready to spend my life with you)
Know I still cross your mind
Do you still feel me deep inside
Or did you find a way to let me go
You never want what you've got
But always want what you can't (have)
You never miss somethin until it's gone (until it's gone)
I know in your heart that you can't walk away
And if you want me to move on
Just say I ain't right
For you when you moved on
The feelins gone
Just say I ain't right
And I've been holdin on to love that's gone
Just say I Ain't right
Seems like yesturday
I was the one you love to chase
Now someone took my place
What do you see in him you never saw in me
And If he loves you better
(I'll walk away)
Or is it she has shown you mine
Baby I'll say
You never want what you've got
But always want what you can't (have)
You never miss somethin until it's gone (until it's gone)
I know in your heart that you can't walk away (you can't walk away)
And if you want me to move on
Just say I ain't right
For you when you moved on
The feelins gone
Just say I ain't right
And I've been holdin on to love that's gone
Just say I'm not right [x5]
And baby I'll move on right x5]
Just say I ain't right
For you when you moved on
The feelins gone
Just say I ain't right
And I've been holdin on to love that's gone
Just say I ain't right
[x2]
Just say I ain't right
Ain't right
The lyrics to Donnie Klang's "Say I Ain't Right" are about the confusion and heartbreak that can come from a relationship ending. The song expresses the singer's longing for the person who left them, as well as their uncertainty about whether that person still thinks of them. The chorus repeats the phrase "just say I ain't right," which seems to be a plea for closure or clarity from the person who has moved on. The song acknowledges the bittersweet nature of hindsight - how often we only appreciate something once it's gone, and how difficult it can be to let go of a love that's ended.
The verses are full of unanswered questions and unfulfilled desires. The singer wonders why their ex chose someone else over them, and whether their ex still feels a connection to them. They also acknowledge that sometimes it's easier to hold onto a love that's ended than to move on to something new. The lyrics convey a sense of vulnerability and emotional honesty as the singer grapples with the pain of lost love. The overall message of the song could be seen as a reminder to appreciate the people we love while we still have them, and to try to find closure and meaning in relationships even when they end.
