Hitchhiker's began on radio, and developed into a "trilogy" of five books (which sold more than fifteen million copies during his lifetime), as well as a television series, a stage show, a comic book series, a computer game, and a feature film that was completed after Adams's death.

So, unfortunately I had to allow YouTube to smother The Eagles. However, for anyone wishing to speed correct their own copies of Hitch Hiker's, I used Audacity to adjust the speed and selected a 0.993 Speed Multiplier to reduce the speed enough to bring it back in tune. Ironically, I did it by ear using 'The Journey of the Sorcerer' bits to get it back in tune, to the best of my abilities, by comparing it with the original Eagles recording! :D
