Overall Meaning

The opening line "Take the bass line out..." is a direct reference to the musical "Annie" which features the song "It's a Hard-Knock Life". Dr. Evil is taking this iconic piece of music and turning it into a rap song. He starts off by rapping about how he doesn't know how to be a celebrity, but he's willing to give it a try. He then introduces himself with a series of rhyming words that end in "izzo". Dr. Evil is known for his eccentric behavior, and he leans into this image by declaring himself a "crazy mother f*****".

He then references Austin Powers, the hero of the movie franchise which Dr. Evil is a part of. In a twist on the traditional narrative, Dr. Evil claims that Austin caught him in the first act, which throws the whole story off. Dr. Evil then starts making some predictions for the future, including a request for a new car and some bling-bling, which is a reference to expensive jewelry. He finishes off the verse with a phrase that he repeats throughout the song: "Domino Mother F*****".

In the final verse, Dr. Evil drops several references to popular culture. He shouts out to his "Homies in Rouge", which is a reference to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He also mentions the rapper Jay-Z, whom he saw in a restaurant once. He finishes off the song by telling everyone to stick it in their pipe and smoke it.
