They released their first collaborative full-length album, Days With Dr. Yen Lo, in May 2015. The name 'Dr. Yen Lo' is a reference to the character of the same name from the 1962 political thriller The Manchurian Candidate, about a Korean War hero who is brainwashed by Communists and ordered to assassinate an American politician.

Ka must have had this all pre conceived when writing the album, the video is SO good with the song. been listening to a lot of HKTS and Dr. Yen Lo the past year, keep making music Ka. Preservation's sounds are also incredibly moody, subtle, and powerful while still finding a way to be very original despite using soul, a heavily sampled genre for hip hop.
