I started Dr. Zilog back in 2007, messing around with riffs I had played on guitar and turning them into little chip melodies note by note. After finally overlaying all these different parts I finally created my first album, The Satellite of Love. Album after album I slowly learned the electronic music creation process and refined my sound. I used to exclusively use synth with drum programming but recently released an album with a complete guitar accompaniment titled Vulgar Fractions on 12/12/12.

The song "Kids" by Dr. Zilog talks about the pain and shame that the singer felt since their youth, due to the mockery and bullying that they received from their peers. The lyrics describe how the children used hurtful words and actions to bring the singer down, but they also emphasize that kids have the power to hurt others emotionally, and how that pain can stay with someone for a long time.
