He originally became known for playing character Jimmy Brooks on the television series Degrassi: The Next Generation. As a rapper, he performs under the mononym Drake.[2] Drake continued to recognize a close affiliation with Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment,[3] before officially signing with the record label in June 2009.[4] His first studio album, Thank Me Later, is expected to be released on the label sometime in 2010.
At only the beginning of his musical career, Drake has already worked with hip-hop moguls Lil' Wayne, Birdman, Kanye West, Eminem, and Jay-Z. With the success of his mixtape So Far Gone, Drake has earned and been nominated for several awards, including the Grammys. He performed at the 2010 Grammys.
Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. (born September 27, 1982), better known by his stage name Lil Wayne, is an American rapper. As a teenager, Lil Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo, The B.G.'z, with B.G.. In 1997, Lil Wayne joined the group Hot Boys, which also included rappers Juvenile, B.G., and Turk. Hot Boys debuted with Get It How U Live! that year. Lil Wayne gained most of his success with the group's major selling album Guerrilla Warfare, released in 1999. Also in 1999, Lil Wayne released his multi-platinum debut album Tha Block Is Hot, selling over two million copies.
Although his next two albums Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002) were not as successful (only reaching Gold status), Lil Wayne reached higher popularity in 2004 with Tha Carter, which included the hit single "Go D.J." Wayne also appeared on the Destiny's Child top ten single "Soldier" that year. In 2005, the sequel to Tha Carter, Tha Carter II, was released. In 2006 and 2007, Lil Wayne released several mixtapes and appeared on several popular rap and R&B singles. His most successful album, Tha Carter III, was released in 2008. It included the number-one single "Lollipop" and won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. Lil Wayne released his first rock album, Rebirth, in 2010. Critical reception of that album was heavily negative, and the album was released a month before Lil Wayne began serving a yearlong jail sentence for weapon possession in March 2010.

Try Harder
Drake & lil wayne Lyrics
[Verse 1:]
Sometimes I feel like Lohan and Hilary Duff are the only ones with enough
To feel what I'm about to say in this song
When they want you to be like somebody else and you
just want to be yourself
And you do it and get the feeling it's wrong
That there is when all the press articles happening
and the cameras get to snapping
And they try to make you out as a lie
Symbolic because you were just trying to please them
by using logic and reason
It's a lose lose why even try
When your ideas so frequently get rejected, people just get neglected
And they never really know how to feel
Phone calls is something that you're expecting for
someone without the ethics
And the motives to try and make them a mill
You never noticed the fact you might be working without
receiving the perks and
Niggas wanna say that you ain't around
I mean there's always some blame to put on yourself instead of claiming
that you couldn't help and maybe next time you ain't in town
[Chorus: (x4)]
You gonna try to try harder cuz
Try harder cuz
Try Try-Try-Try
[Verse 2:]
And the managers make you succumb to pressure
and you spitting' is fresher
than most of these rappers running the game
Concerned that people who copy what's in the past and
turn the profit with cash
There's time I would have done it the same
I mean I got me a range, Also got me a guilty conscience
That made you tell anybody I meet that I rent
Sometimes I wish that I would just chilled on the sneakers
and watched the game from the bleachers
Because I'm really tend to need what I spent
In a house that I promised to get my mother don't compensate
for the other time
I wasted late out at the club
Instead of sitting in once a week for some dinner I'm
working hard on the winner
so this album is a labor of love
You say as long as I'm staying out of the streets and
just spending money on beats
That she can rest without a toss and a turn
Because she know that my reputation perceives me and people watch me on TV
That's exactly why I often get burned
But I'm gonna try to..
[Chorus: (x4)]
You gonna try to try harder cuz
Try harder cuz
Try Try-Try-Try
Sometimes I feel like Lohan and Hilary Duff are the only ones with enough

KashhSquad
Drake his protégé and Wayne his mentor. Drake was supposed to outrank Wayne in sales that's what Wayne built him for. Its no battle when you see drake that's Wayne extension. Its like saying the holy ghost vs god, its the same entity really though.
