Out from his coffin, Drac's voice did ring
Dracula's voice echoed through the room as he rose from his coffin.

Seems he was troubled by just one thing
Dracula appeared to be troubled by a single issue in the back of his mind.

He opened the lid and shook his fist
Dracula opens the lid of his coffin and shakes his fist - this indicates that he is not pleased with something.

And said, "Whatever happened to my Transylvania twist?"
Dracula is wondering where the Twist originated from and if his version hasn't been played in a while.

It's now the mash
Monster mash has now evolved into something new.

The new dance craze has become more popular than ever before and even becomes the standard at graveyards.
