not so many people understand this movie, this is a masterpiece, there's a driver in in every person, quiet, something inside them, can't socialize, alone, sad. :) <3

I agree that this movie is underrated. It touches upon something in the human (commonly male) psyche rarely talked about and undealt with, similar to what Taxi Driver did at its time. Unfortunately, these themes often seems to be dismissed as 'too weird', deep and pretentious.

For my money, the most powerful kiss in cinema. Music, lighting, angles. The look Carey gives to Ryan at the end. So beautiful.

When the lights peak is my best tattoo on my ribs I've been obsessed with this film for years and every emotional feeling is in that kiss, I only hope I experience that one day... The music excells the feelings ... The sound track on a whole is immense ... But the lift gets me
