It’s a satirical video. Ranking up higher really depends on the amount you play, the people you add, how many people you add, how often you get blocked/muted, if you have favorited worlds/avatars. There are alot of factors but to simply word it - If you play VRChat actively enough, then you usually rank up.

if only it made that much sense 😞 I remember meeting a friend that just started as a visitor player and a month later with 100 hours of playtime and had no avatars or worlds uploaded but got trusted meanwhile it took me half a year 600hours and I had numerus made from scratch worlds and avatars. truly is one of the mystery's of life 🤣 my random advice player ranks don't mean much just be chill and enjoy the game and if you get trusted great if not that's fine too.

As someone who has achieved the trusted rank a couple years ago, I can definitely say do not worry. You did boost your rank yes, but if you still have the *known user* rank, you can boost it by making friends, joining groups, and exploring worlds once you reach about 1000 hours playtime on VR chat you will get trusted user, it just takes time and patience 👍.

There are a few other social platforms like ChilloutVR and NeosVR but honestly, nothing comes close to how unique and amazing VRChat is. The Trusted Level System isn’t even that important except if you want to upload Avatars and Worlds yourself (Which you can already do by becoming a „New User“ Rank).
