I never saw Oliver and Company. Never was that into seeing it. But I had that Sing-Along Songs tape and I LOVED this song as a kid. And I still do. Hellfire, had to look up on Youtube.
Disney could release like an all-time "greatest villain songs" DVD to put Hellfire on and it might do well, except that most ppl know they can already access all that on YT. But they could throw in some commentary from some prominent Disney animation minds from each project about what makes a villain interesting and what goes into coming up with a great villain song and some funny anecdotes involving production etc and then show the full song, then rinse and repeat. Tell me that doesn't sound like something you'd want to watch.
