@@trudieristich795 Slash and the other guns n roses crew sound great (though the original drummer is not there because they are paying everyone like 10% then slash and axl split the big pie and he said if it wasn't equal pay he wasn't playing. So they have a great replacement drummer) but axl rose's voice is shot and only sounds good doing ac/dc songs. He still sounds ok maybe for a small time band but sucks compared to his old voice.

Kiss of course using tapes in their live shows.

But Iron Maiden- wow. The new album they released last year blew me away. One of their best. Vocals just as good as ever, really complex song writing, amazing guitar solos. Those guys are like Ozzys age and the lead singer almost died from cancer.

Megadeth his voice sounds better than it used it and guitars going strong.

Metallica of course have not quite sucked but not as good as they used to be for a long time. They reached their peak in the 90s.

Ozzy's guitarist Zakk Wylde also released his best album ever a few years ago "Grimmest hits" He's a bit younger than Ozzy but still getting up there in years. Can't wait to hear him on the new Ozzy album.

Easily one of Jeff Beck's heaviest-sounding work in ages. Ozzy was lucky to enlist him for this song when he did. Brought a lot of the old-school blues vibe from the early Sabbath days onto this song - the closest to having anyone from Sabbath play on it.

It is a shame that Jeff Beck died as imo the most underrated guitar player of the past 50 or so years. The man was a master and I never even heard of him till I was in my late 20s. The young people these days would be doing themselves a lifetime gift of music looking the man up.

I was lucky enough to have seen him on his tour with johnny Depp. It was incredible.
I was in tears when he played a day in the life. Ive never seen someone play with such grace and ferocity. Im very privileged to have seen a great before he passed, let alone at his prime.

I absolutely have loved Jeff Beck since the 60s. Truth and Beckola were the heaviest rock albums of all time and were recorded in a week's times during the later 60s. Those two albums knocked me on my ass as a teenager. I knew then, around 1967-1968 that JB was the guitar God of all Gods even though through the decades his name was not as big as the others like Clapton and Hendrix. All the other major household name guitarists shined Jeff Beck's boots. I knew since I was a kid of 15 in the 60s that he was king of all the others. JB never stopped being my favorite of favorites through all these decades. Rest in peace JB. He was a true genius and always invented new sounds. He was never a follower. He was a pioneer. He will be deeply missed. This is a hard week. I knew him like family through his music. God bless JB! The main thing to take away is he didn't fit into molds of others. He strived to be himself. His guitar voice is so unique that if you hear a new song, and he's on it, you know it's him. Most other guitarists sound like each other. You know it's Jeff with your eyes closed when he plays. Can't say that about many others. What a monster! Love him!

I have seen Ozzie numerous times since the '80s. I am 52. I have been to most of the Oz fests and even saw Black Sabbath's reunion!
Ozzy brings back nostalgic memories of the 80s and 90s. A time that I wish could be relived!

The best part of the song is the playing by Beck , otherwise this is just another generic Ozzy song unfortunately! I don't say that lightly either , considering he was my first concert back in 1981 and I've seen him almost 30 times since. But he hasn't had a real good traditional Ozzy song in years , No More Tears was probably his last quality album IMO!!

To the people complaining about auto tune: Has this man not proved he has the ability to sing, excellently, for the last 50 fucking years? Everyone gets old and has limits. It's also not as if they are trying to hide the auto tune either. There's parts where it intentionally goes off key and obvious point where it's brought forward in the mix as part of the vocal effect. Ozzy has always said his fans are extremely important to him and he enjoys making music for them. I think it's selfish to complain about the auto tune. Ozzy wants to put out music that people can enjoy and he's willing to forgo his ego in order to make something that sounds good even if he has to admit/accept the fact he can't sing as well anymore to do it.

Ozzy's voice was only good in the 70's and he wasn't even on key then, he also doubles his vocals in the studio to make his voice sound fuller. He has never been an excellent singer. Lastly he puts out music that other people write for him while he takes the credit. Without Geezer & Bob Daisley he wouldn't have had a career.

I'm a 23 year old Young man, who was introduced to Ozzy when I was a 4 year old kid. Throughout life his music has helped me in so many ways. Including throughout a suicide attempt at 15 years of age. Without Ozzy and his "magical lyrics and composure" I wouldn't be here honestly. I'm so old that I remember when Ozzy first left Sabbath. The man is a living legend! My adult children and my somewhat younger than me wife are all Ozzy fans. The most unique and instantly recognizable voice in metal! Thank God for Ozzy!!!

But as iv'e said many times, there's plenty out there that were bloody brilliant in the hey day but years of screaming, touring ect ect takes it toll of most. 🚫 I love the music that's been released on albums under his name. But I f**king hate Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne! Ozzy has very, very little to do with writing "his" songs. The music and lyrics on his first 2 albums were written primarily by bassist Bob Daisley, with help from Randy. Ozzy was usually sh*tfaced drunk and passed out while they did all the work. But that didn't stop Ozzy and Sharon from literally STEALING all writing credits away from Daisley and Randy, and fabricating the lie that Ozzy wrote everything!

Bob Daisley was fired repeatedly, every time Ozzy decided he didn't need him around anymore. But then Ozzy kept re-hiring Bob, once he realized that he can't write his own music! Bob and Randy's mother spent over a decade suing Ozzy for credit for their songs! Ozzy screwed over SO many people, and he seemed to get a thrill out of doing it. He is a f**king scumbag! But I like the music on the albums he released.

Ironically, Ozzy himself was always the weakest link on those albums. His voice has been f**ked for many years, and he's had to hire backing singers to stand behind the curtains and sing as he lip synced.

How does a man who has been borderline unintelligible for decades make some of the clearest music ever written? Blizzard of Oz was the 3rd CD I ever owned as a pre-teenage kid. The message in this song is heartbreaking. Keep fighting the good fight, Ozzy, because we need you. Ordinary Man was a masterpiece, and if Patient Number 9 is as good as the title track, it will be, too.

Singing comes from a different part of the brain than speech. It's why people who stutter can sing every word perfectly. Accessing the singing brain obviously isn't effected like his speech. Thank the lord we could her the legend again!
