In stumbles Tom Waits and sprays whiskey in their faces, cursing them and chastising their lack of depth and innovation in the past decade. What followed was a long and bawdy drinking, cussing, battle of wits that lead the trio to stumble into a recording studio populated by a few local kids. All three of them sobered up a few weeks later, just in time to watch Stephen Wisniewski walk out the front door with a few reels of tape labeled "Here Lies... Empty Orchestra".

Long time fan of Empty Orchestra, saw them a long time ago in Keokuk, Iowa when they were touring for Get Well Soon. Always a great band to listen to. How many albums do they have now? It's difficult to find anything online.

@tr33ninja - Only 1 full-length so far. Another one is recorded and should be out this year. They also had "Get Well Soon" as an EP, a tour EP, and a split 7". More info is up at the Thinker Thought Records website.
