Mob Mentality
Earthside Lajon Witherspoon Moscow Studio Symphony Orchestra Lyrics
I am just a member
I am just a vote for your cause
I am just a number
Solve me as a man without resolve
Got me where you want me
I’m yours for sure
Wean me off your blinders
Left to think my thoughts are my ownOn my own
Finally
A moment to myself
And I realize
I know who I am
But not what I’m living for
I need a reason that isn’t a rhyme
I need a meaning that isn’t a reason why
I’ll leave you all with a scar, a permanent mark
For when death do us part
Because it’s hard to face
Knowing we all will fade away
[Stay]
Ideology is a fallacy when what I believe doesn’t come as a package deal
There’s no borderline, in your bottom line
If a picture’s worth a thousand words, then who needs scripture
With a picture’s worth, and feeling what we’re worth
We all might as well just do porn
[Got me where you want me]
[On my own]
I’ve never felt so frail
So vulnerable to a wakeless morning
I’ve never felt so afraid
That it could all just end
Without a warning
[It ends]
And I pray for you to see
I’ve been sheltered by my bliss
I can’t brace myself
It all hits all at once
And it may kill me
Leave me to Burn, I lost my fire
Running from the flames
[On my own]
I am just a vote for your cause
I am just a number
Solve me as a man without resolve
Got me where you want me
I’m yours for sure
Wean me off your blinders
Left to think my thoughts are my ownOn my own

Never thought that I'll see Lajon singing prog lol . He's fucking amazing.
@mrsimbz7023
It took a good 10 listens, but this is just pure magic. As an average Sevendust fan, this really pushed my respect for Lajon to a whole new place. A true masterpiece.
@RobBeatdownBrown
Without question THEE most gorgeous marriage of musical genres I've ever freakin heard in my life. Then you got the nerve to throw Legend Witherspoon in the mix?! Take this damn trophy 🏆I'm leaving 😑
@EarthsideBand
WHOA! How the heck did I miss this?? That's awesome you dig it, dude!! I love your lessons! I've been working a lot on playing against those different upbeats and subdivisions of the metronome in the last year. We have some pretty neat genre collaborations to come, I think you might also enjoy ;) - Ben (The Drummer)

@@EarthsideBand Haha. That’s INSANE, man. Definitely wasn’t expecting this today. Fantastic playing, dude. And what a cool composition. You should be teaching ME some stuff! 🔥 I stumbled onto you guys totally by accident while in the middle of a TesseracT binge. lol
If you do the Facebook thing, look me up! 🙂

@@EarthsideBand This was news I was hoping to hear. All We Know and Ever Loved was such a masterpiece, but it seemed like such an involved process over what I'm assuming has been AT LEAST the last two years now, I sort of figured it was just a standalone song. So glad to hear that there's more where that came from.
Love your playing, Ben. And I love playing to your playing. Keep up the good work, and all the best to all of you. <3
@Lockn3s5
The world needs more of this combo. This needs to be a whole album.
@ItsSauIGoodman
Lajon. This is where you've belonged the whole time.
@stuntbros153
This was the most beautiful concoction of orchestra, metal, and interpretive dance I've ever seen in my life. Come to think of it......I'm pretty sure this is the only time I've ever seen anything like this! I love this and I want more!!!!!!!
@Elardification
Nathan Stumpf agree except for the dancing. You could barely see any movements between the shots of the band and the orchestra.
