Edú Lobo Lyrics

É Zambi no açoite, ei, ei é Zambi
É Zambi, tui, tui, tui, tui, é Zambi
É Zambi na noite, ei, ei, é Zambi
É Zambi, tui, tui, tui, tui, é Zambi

Chega de sofrer
Eh! Zambi gritou
Sangue a correr
É a mesma cor
É o mesmo adeus
E a mesma dor

Vai lutar tui, tui, tui, tui, com Zambi
E Zambi gritou ei, ei, meu irmão
Mesmo céu, tui, tui, tui, tui, mesmo chão

Vem filho meu, meu capitão
Ganga-Zumba liberdade, liberdade
Ganga-Zumba vem meu irmão

É Zambi lutando
É lutador
Faca cortando
Talho sem dor
É o mesmo sangue
E a mesma cor

É Zambi morrendo, ei, ei é Zambi

É Zambi, tui, tui, tui, tui, é Zambi
Ganga-Zumba, ei, ei, vem aí

If you're a Brazilian or fluent in Portuguese pls explain the lyrics I'm curious _

I’m not Brazilian but I’m pretty sure the song is about Zumbi dos Palmares, a symbol of resistance against the enslavement of Africans in Brazil. As for the lyrics, you can easily find them online. They mostly deal with equality and freedom.
