Me doy vuelta y me voy
In Eddy Herrera's song "A dormir juntitos," the lyrics depict a person who misses their partner and cannot forget them even in moments of silence. The first verse reveals that the singer is haunted by the memory of their partner and they struggle to live without them. The singer even sets an extra place at the table to fill the void left by their absence. However, they still deny the truth that their partner is no longer with them.
The following verses reveal that the singer's partner is leaving, and each time they depart, it brings the singer to tears. They express a desire to tell their partner to stay, just so they won't have to sleep alone. The chorus repeats the phrase "a dormir juntitos," meaning “to sleep together” in English, conveying the singer's longing for a reconciliation with their partner. They want to go back to a time where they were happy, spent nights together, and didn't have to sleep alone.
The song touches on themes of heartbreak, longing, and desire for reconciliation. It's relatable to many people who have experienced a difficult breakup and struggled to move on. Eddy Herrera's delivery of these lyrics is emotional and passionate, making the listener feel the pain the singer is experiencing.

I can't escape your memory, I hear your voice even in silence
I can't learn to live without you, I set an extra place at our table
Every day I forget that you're not here, my mind denies that truth
Just like me, who made it a habit to come home early
And at your door, I remember that I live somewhere else and turn away
Me doy vuelta y me voy
I turn around and leave
And I see you through the window when you leave, and I cry
I want to tell you to stay, because we're sleeping alone
Si nos seguimos queriendo, si nos seguimos amando
If we keep loving each other
We don't let pride get in the way when coming back together
A dormir juntitos, ay como antes, a dormir juntitos, abrazaditos
Sleeping together, like before, cuddled up
Y borrar lo que empaña nuestro amor
And erase what tarnishes our love
Ay bien juntitos
So close
