Zanga Zangada
Edu Lobo Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Tome juízo, me faça feliz
Num dia de sol
Num porto de mar
Me ensine a sorrir
Me ensine essa zanga, essa zanga

Essa zanga zangada
Essa zanga zangada

this is the way the bossa nova should be played, not with sugary sweet strings, just guitar and voice excellent

@veeshead

I really like this version. Also like the voz e violão approach, like João Gilberto was known for.
I don’t like syrupy strings either. That said, have you heard Klaus Ogerman’s string arrangements on Amoroso? Some of my favorite. Besame Mucho has a long string break that can bring me to tears. Gorgeous.
