Bardzo dobra płyta CD zespołu Electric Light Orchestra Part Two,mam tą płytę CD i kasetę magnetofonową ,powiem otwarcie ta płyta przypomina mi trochę inną płytę pod tytułem Eldorado . Ale ta płyta to majstersztyk muzyki rockowej z symfoniczną w wykonaniu muzyków rockowych plus orkiestra Louise Clarka .

Got to say, I dismissed these guys and never listened to anything they did because I thought Jeff Lynne WAS the ELO.
This is a beautiful song, as someone else commented, no wonder Jeff was upset. It just shows also what a massive part Lois Clarke contributed to the overall sound.

If you are, then may I pass on my admiration to you as a musician and vocalist. It's just that I've noticed there's a John Wayne on the comments section as well, but I don't think he's real!

Clyde B Well, you are right to question John Wayne’s authenticity, but it is me 😄☯️🙏Thank you for your comments. Much appreciated. That album did not get a good reception, especially amongst ELO fans, and I can understand why in many ways. But there are some good songs in the album, and it was a great ‘live’ band. I am happy to see some positive comments about the album now.
Lou Clarke is such a great string arranger. Never thought he got enough credit for what he did with ELO.

@Phil Bates Can I say as an ELO fan of many years, it's great to be in communication with someone who has such a connection to them. I gather the situation with Jeff got messy for you, but your voice & musicianship more than did justice to the sound of the ELO, as well as your original material. I must admit I've gone a bit cool over the new `Jeff Lynne's ELO' but I will be getting to grips with the back catalogue of ELO Part II, that's for sure. Very best wishes to you.

Very best wishes to you, Clyde. Thanks again for your words. I have done everything in my connection with ELO music and Jeff Lynne with the deepest respect, regardless of what others have thought. Yes, things got messy with Jeff Lynne in recent times, which is something I am very sorry about. My attitude towards what I do and the way it is promoted has always been very clear, but this has been abused by others, and this led to people feeling that it was me who was responsible and being cynical. I am sad about that because nothing has been farther from the truth. I will not be able to change people’s perceptions, though. I know this.
Anyway, it’s only pop music. Not like it is really important in the great scheme of things 😄☯️🙏
I am a huge fan of everything Jeff did, right up to, and including ‘Zoom’, but am ambivalent about the new stuff. But millions love it, which is great 😄☯️🙏

Moment of Truth, ELO Pt 2 and One Night in Australia

Four altogether, they released two studio albums, "Electric Light Orchestra Part II" in 1990 and "Moment of Truth" in 1994. Two live albums, "Performing ELO's Greatest Hits" in 1992 and a double cd "One Night live in Australia" in 1996. Due to the band selling their rights to the latter, it has been released many times over the years under different titles as both single and double cd's.

Not bad, not exactly Confusion or Midnight Blue but ok. I think Lynne's vocals on this would of been good though.

It would. Dont Walk Away and Eldorado was great, strong vocal performances. So was California Man with The Move and he also stepped in Roy Orbisons shoes and sung Handle With Care brilliantly.

Tom Higgins But it just doesn't have the same tone it's needed for ''One More Tomorrow''. I don't like Jeff Lynne's voice either, I'm a big fan of every single guy behind ELO but Jeff Lynne and that's why maybe my opinion is so bad against him... but, as I recognize that Jeff Lynne's voice was the most suitable one for songs like Twilight, I think it isn't the correct one for One More Tomorrow (and viceversa with Phil Bates and Twilight).
