Jestem z miasta
Elektryczne Gitary Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Jestem z miasta to słychać
Jestem z miasta to widać słychać i czuć
Jeszcze raz
Jestem z miasta to słychać
Jestem z miasta to widać słychać i czuć
W cieniu sufitów w świetle przewodów
W objęciach biurek w krokach obchodów
Rodzą się rzeczy jasne i ciemne
Ja nie rozróżniam ich nie ufam więc
Jestem z miasta to widać
Jestem z miasta to słychać
Jestem z miasta to widać słychać i czuć
W rytmie zachodów w słowach kamieni
W spojrzeniu ptaków w mowie przestrzeni
Rodzi się spokój po jednym roku
Leczą się myśli mnie to nie bierze
Jestem z miasta to widać
Jestem z miasta to słychać
Jestem z miasta to widać słychać i czuć
W świetle przewodów w cieniu sufitów
W wietrze oddechów w błocie napisów
Rodzą się szajby małe i biedne
Karmię się nimi i karmić się będę
Jestem z miasta to widać
Jestem z miasta to słychać
Jestem z miasta to widać słychać i czuć
The first verse of Elektryczne Gitary's song "Jestem z miasta" sets the stage for the rest of the lyrics, stating that the singer is from the city and it is evident in everything about them - how they behave, how they speak, how they feel. The second verse goes on to describe the cityscape that the singer is inhabiting - the shadow of the ceilings, the light of the wires, the embrace of the desks. It is a world of contrasts and opposing forces, where bright and dark things are born and the singer cannot tell them apart.
The third verse of the song marks a shift in tone, describing the moments of peace and clarity that can be found even amidst the chaos of city life - in the rhythm of sunsets, the language of stones, or the gaze of birds. However, the fourth verse brings the song back to the reality of the city, with its dirt and grime and the everyday struggles of those living there. The singer finds small comforts in the little moments, as they continue to survive and subsist within the bustling metropolis.
Overall, "Jestem z miasta" is a song that captures the contradictions of city living and the resilience required to survive in such an environment. The singer is both in awe of and frustrated by their surroundings, but ultimately finds a way to make a life within them.

jestem z miasta..."
Wspomniana sytuacja stała się właśnie pretekstem do napisania piosenki i rozwinięcia tematu.
