Eleven Standing Still has been a prominent piece in the music scene in Atlanta, GA, for quite some time. Eleven Standing Still (or ESS as the fans call them) is a powerhouse rock quartet, whose songs speak the truth about life and love, which makes music lovers of all ages able to relate and not only listen, but feel the emotion in every song. They have been described as, โTasteful, modern power rock with finesse and style,โ by Volume Magazine.
Since the independent release of their debut album entitled, โTurn to Rustโ in July of 2004, the band has sold over approximately 6,000 copies to date. They have built a solid and loyal fan base that continues to grow with every performance. They have a deep connection with their fans, and each of their supporters connects with their music in a way that is profound. Itโs almost as if they are giving voice to your inner most thoughts and feelings, and that is something that sets them apart from all the other bands out there. Their debut album featured such fan favorites as โWalk Awayโ, โStand My Groundโ, โNo Oneโ, and perhaps their biggest song yet, โFrailtyโ.
ESS has had the opportunity to share the stage with national known acts such as, โ3 Doors Downโ, โAlter Bridgeโ, โStaindโ, โGodsmackโ, โShinedownโ, and โRob Zombieโ. They have been a featured band on the Nopi NDRA Tour and the Kicker Big Air Bash at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Eleven Standing Still have also had appearances on over 10 national television stations, including Spike TV, MTV, the Speed Channel, and the Fox Sports Network.
Five years after their debut album was released, the late summer or early fall of 2009 will find Eleven Standing Still ready to release their much anticipated sophomore album entitled, โBreak Throughโ. This new album features a re-imagining of their biggest song yet, โFrailtyโ, as well as the title track, and two songs sure to be huge for them, โOne Way Ticketโ and โA Little Too Lateโ and many more.
Eleven Standing Still has incredible drive that will take them to the top of the music industry. Their do or die attitude and dedication to their craft is what will take them far, and whether they conquer their corner of Georgia, the entire state, or the entire nation they will do so by staying true to who they are and continuing their deep connection with their fans.
