The lyrics of Elli Kokkinou's song Den Tha Hasis ("You Won't Laugh") describe a relationship in which the singer feels vulnerable and dependent on her partner. She begins by saying that her partner is her only joy and that she feels grateful for their presence in her life. She then describes how she feels when they look into each other's eyes and when they are alone together, as if she is walking on a secret path that only they share. She acknowledges that her partner has a special place in her heart and that everything they do is meaningful.
The chorus emphasizes the singer's desire to be part of her partner's life, both physically and emotionally. She asks to be embraced by their love and to be included in their dreams. She urges her partner to be honest with her and to share their deepest feelings, reassuring them that she won't judge or laugh at them. She concludes by saying that she doesn't want to live without them, both physically and emotionally.
Overall, the lyrics of Den Tha Hasis portray a romantic relationship in which one partner is deeply dependent on the other, craving their presence and emotional support. The language is poetic and evocative, creating a sense of intimacy and vulnerability.
