Olha os forro ramiado vai chuvê
Vai trimina riduzi toda criação
Das bandas de lá do ri gavião
Chiquera pra cá já roncô o truvão
Futuca a tuia, pega o catadô
Vamo plantá o feijão no pó
Vamo plantá o feijão no pó
Ponta d′unha, lua fina risca no céu
A onça prisunha, a cara de réu
O pai do chiquêro a gata comeu
Foi um trovejo c'ua zagaia só
Foi tanto sangue de dá dó
Os cigano já subiro bêra ri
É só danos, todo ano nunca vi
Paciênca, já num guento a pirsiguição
Já só caco véi nesse meu sertão
Tudo que juntei foi só pra ladrão
The lyrics of "Arrumaçao" by Elomar, Geraldo Azevedo, Vital Farias, and Xangai depict a scene of rural life in Brazil. The first stanza is a call for Josefina to come outside and see the ramified forros, which are a type of traditional rural house roof made of interwoven branches, indicating that it is going to rain. The rain will bring an end to the creation of everything from the other side of Rio Gavião, and the thunder has already started to echo throughout the area. The second stanza is an instruction to "futuca a tuia, pega o catadô," or dig up the soil with a hoe and scoop it up with a basket, to plant the beans in the soil.
The third stanza focuses on the hardships of life in the rural area, where even Mother Prudência, an experienced farmer, hasn't been able to identify the cause of the purple color of the work during late harvest. The diligence's job is to take the cloth and broom and go with her sister to one direction only to collect the harvest of their grandmother. In the final stanza, the lyrics describe the arrival of the new moon and how white silk in its passing carries off the most fragile of things. It traces a story of the onça prisunha, or the jaguar in captivity, whose face resembles that of a prisoner. The singer then shifts to the recent raid by the gypsies, who have caused significant damage to their lives, causing frustration and exhaustion. The last line gives the impression that everything has been gathered for thieves, and there's nothing left.

Assisti esse show na Sala Cecília Meirelles no Rio em 1984. O melhor show da minha vida. O show durou mais de 4 horas e eles não não queriam acabar e a platéia menos ainda. Depois fomos todos para um barzinho na Lapa e o show rompeu a madrugada. Simplesmente inesquecível.
