The song V by Els Amics de les Arts tells the story of three characters who each have a "problem" that they need to solve. In the first verse, we meet Ignasi, a 30-year-old man who is addicted to the internet and spends all of his time online. His mother yells at him for sleeping all day and not leaving the house. Ignasi's solution is to cut his left arm and connect it to his computer with a wire, so that he can be online all the time without falling asleep.
In the second verse, we meet Glòria, a woman who is alone at a nightclub because no one wants to talk to her due to her large nose. Her solution is to go to a famous plastic surgeon named Schoenmaker to have her nose fixed. The surgery is a success, and Glòria gains new confidence and attracts the attention of men at the club.
In the third verse, we meet Josep Maria, a paranoid man who is afraid of everything from terrorists to climate change. His solution is to turn his home into a fortress and arm himself with a lawnmower-turned-machine gun in case of an alien invasion. The song ends with the message "Visca el món i visca el Barça" (Long live the world and long live Barça), which suggests that the characters' extreme solutions are unnecessary and that life should be lived without fear.
