And the air blows warm and dry
There's nothing to believe in so just close your eyes
And feel the rolling hills of life
Reflecting all the days gone by
There's something missing by your side
Could it be the start of the end?
Or could it be that you found a friend?
You found yourself a hero
Protector and contender
Underneath this great big ball of stars up in the sky tonight
You found yourself a leader
The one you've been depending on
If you wish upon a dream, you might just find yourself a hero
So you found a friend
Who's gonna fight for you until the end
'Cause loyalty's a thing you know
Don't be afraid
He's gonna lead you through the dangerous games
And then he'll walk with you to the rising sun
Talk with you when the day is done
Could it be the start of the end?
Or could it be that you found a friend?
You found yourself a hero
Protector and contender
Underneath this great big ball of stars up in the sky tonight
You found yourself a leader
The one you've been depending on
If you wish upon a dream, you might just find yourself a hero
Hold on, little hero
Little hero
And I'm looking out for you
This fall (This fall)
You're a hero
You're a hero
I'm looking out
You found yourself a hero
Protector and contender
Underneath this great big ball of stars up in the sky tonight
You found yourself a hero
Protector and contender
Underneath this great big ball of stars up in the sky tonight
You found yourself a leader
The one you've been depending on
If you wish upon a dream, you might just find yourself a hero
Find yourself a hero
The song "Say Goodbye" by Elvis Blue is about finding someone to depend on in life, despite the uncertainty that surrounds us. It is about the struggles and challenges we face in life, and the importance of having someone that will support us through it all. The lyrics talk about a vast, open space where there is nothing to believe in, and the rolling hills of life that reflect all the days gone by. It is clear that the singer is feeling lost and unsure of what the future holds. However, they have found a leader and a hero, someone who will protect and fight for them until the end.
The lyrics convey a sense of hope and optimism that despite adversity, we can always find someone to depend on. The refrain "you might just find yourself a hero" reinforces this message, encouraging the listener to keep searching for that person who will be by their side. The "rising sun" mentioned in the lyrics also represents a new day, a fresh start where anything is possible.
