Booze Party
Elvis Hitler Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Booze party on a Saturday night
Come back to my place
And get real tight
Told Mom and Dad to get lost
Don't worry, baby, now I'm the boss
CHORUS
Booze party on a Saturday night
Booze party on a Saturday night
Booze party on a Saturday night
Booze party on a Saturday night
Come back to my place
And go hog wild
We'll get a keg
And have a drink or two
Then go to my room
So we can screw

CHORUS
--------------------------------------------

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Elvis Hitler's song Booze Party in a Saturday Night reflect a rebellious attitude towards authority and traditional societal norms. The singer is inviting someone to a party where they can drink excessively and engage in sexual activity. The first verse suggests that the singer has taken control of their own life by telling their parents to "get lost." This suggests a desire for independence and autonomy, which is common among young people. They invite the person to "get real tight" which implies that they should drink to excess.

In the chorus, the singer repeats the phrase "Booze party on a Saturday night" four times, emphasizing the importance of this event. This repetition also helps to create a sense of excitement and anticipation around the party. The second verse reveals that the party will involve more than just drinking. The singer plans to have sex with their guest in their room after they've had a few drinks. This reinforces the idea that this party is meant to be a wild and uninhibited experience.

Overall, the song Booze Party in a Saturday Night celebrates rebellion, excess, and pleasure seeking. It's a song about living in the moment and breaking the rules. Although some people may find the lyrics offensive or irresponsible, they do accurately reflect the behavior of some young people.

Great band name, lol. 😂 Gotta ask...related to Ed by any chance?

I saw them in Detroit a couple times when I was stationed there, and in St. Pete in 1992. Good times

For the best experience: take the cassette tape you bought in 198?, put it in a boom box with crappy tape heads, a little beer, a couple of bourbon shots, volume up. By the time they finish Teenage Surf Slave you're in a very good place. Now if I can only get the wife to yell at me to turn it down I'll know I've had the real Elvis Hitler experience. (If you have a wife that tells you to turn it up, fall to your knees and thank God.)

IMO, one of the best comments in the known universe - should be framed on the wall in the oval office. 🍺🏆🍻

Saw this album and Supersadomasochisticexpialidocious (phew) cassettes in a bargain bin in what must have been the 90's. Knew absolutely zero about them, but looked at the band name, the track names, and the covers and bought them there and then.

@irishdogclock

I vaguely remember Green Haze back then.
