Brenda, I watched all 33 movies in the small town I grew up in, because he was so cool in my mind, and the girls/women couldn't resist his gorgeous face and voice! He was my role model for 20 yrs. growing up. When I was 24, I fell to the concrete at work from 20 ft. Up! After a couple brain surgeries, I laid in my apartment in bed with no hair, and bandages around my head, I thought I would ask the lord, "why am I still here lord?, why did you save me? And only one word was planted in my mind, ELVIS! I thought, why would that be? Elvis had died 7 yrs. earlier! Karaoke just happened to come out the same year of my accident.... long story short, I was shopping for a DVD player in a huge electronics store 2 months after my recovery, and noticed that they had a studio off to the side of store. I investigated what they were doing there and the guy said you can record a song in our soundproof studio and take home the recording. I had never done that ever. I agreed to try it.....Can't help falling in love because I knew the words. While in the studio, I noticed while I was singing, that people were watching me through a window! I thought it was soundproof in studio which it was, but unbeknownst to me, the technician had streamlined me to every television in the store! When I came out, the people were applauding me and I said, but I was in a soundproof studio, then someone said, "Hey man, you were every TV in the store!! That was awesome dude!! I'm very shy, my face turned red from embarrassment! They said, don't be embarrassed!, you have a great voice! Been perfecting Elvis's voice ever since! What God said to me really made sense! I had a purpose to still be alive! ....to try to bring Elvis voice back to the people!.....take care Brenda!
