You're Never Over
Eminem Lyrics
The days are cold livin' without you
The nights are long, I'm growing older
I miss the days alone, thinkin' about you
You may be gone, but you're never over
If Proof could see me now, I know he'd be proud
Somewhere in me deep down, there's something in me he found
That made him believe in me, now no one can beat me now
You try, it'll be them doors, on Dre's Phantom believe me clowns
That means suicide homie, you'll never throw me
Bitch I do this all for the sport only
But I want it all, I'm not just talking awards homie
And the balls in my court and it's lonely
On top of the world when you're the only
One with the balls and your shorts
To leave them jaws on the floor with no re-
Morse, remember that when they get to doggin' you boy homie
So y'all can just get to bloggin' about bologna
I'm not gonna stop the saga
Continue, no stoppin' the force Obi, I'm moppin' the floors
With them, I keep tryna pass it, but they keep on droppin' the torch
And it won't be, long til this sport is O-V-
E-R, just blazin' and we knockin' them doors and no we
Ain't pumpkins on Halloween but we'll show up on your porch, so be
Careful what you say, there ain't no punks over here so follow me
Through the fog like I'm S-N-double-O-P
Let me guide you through the smoke G
If only I wasn't travellin' down this road by my lonely
No one who knew me like you will ever know me
I don't think you understand how much you meant to me
The days are cold livin' without you
The nights are long, I'm growing older
I miss the days alone, thinkin' about you
You may be gone, but you're never over
And it don't stop (oh)
And it don't quit (oh)
And it don't stop (oh)
And it don't quit (oh)
And I miss you (oh)
I just miss you (oh)
I just miss you (oh)
Homie I'll never forget you (no)
For you, I wanna write the sickest rhyme of my life
So sick it'll blow up the mic, it'll put the dyna in mite
Yeah it'll make the dopest MC wanna jump off a bridge and shit hisself
Tap dancin' all over the beat, it'll jump off the page and spit itself
Yeah it's the best thing I could do right now for you Doodi is to rap
So I'm a fuck til I die, yeah I'm a do it to death
And itstead of mourning your death, I'd rather celebrate your life
Elevate to new height, step on the gas and accelerate, I'm a need two mics
Cause the way that I'm feelin' tonight, everything I can just do right
There's nothing that I can do wrong, I'm too strong and I'm just too hyped
Just finished the rhyming and bust it and excuse the corny metaphor
They'll never catch up to all this energy that I've mustered
So God just help me out while I fight through this grievin' process
Tryna process this loss is makin' me nauseous
But this depression ain't takin' me hostage
I've been patiently watchin' this game, pacin' these hallways
You had faith in me always
Proof you knew I'd come out of this slump, rise from these ashes
Come right back on they asses, and go Mike Tyson on these bastards
And I'm a show 'em, blow 'em out the water slaughter 'em homes
I'm on so many bells the only place they can hit me is below
Homie I know I'm, never gonna be the same with you
I woulda never came in this game, I'm going insane without you
Matter of fact it was just the other night, had another dream about you
You told me to get up, I got up and spread my wings and I flew
You gave me a reason to fight, I was on my way to see you
You told me nah Doodi you're not layin' on that table I knew
I was gonna make it, soon as you said think of Hailie, I knew
There wasn't no way that I was gonna ever leave them babies, and Proof
Not many are lucky enough to have a guardian angel like you
Lord I'm so thankful, please don't think I don't feel grateful, I do
Just grant me the strength that I need, for one more day to get through
So homie this is your song, I dedicate this to you
I love you Doodi
The days are cold livin' without you
The nights are long, I'm growing older
I miss the days alone, thinkin' about you
You may be gone, but you're never over
And it don't stop (oh)
And it don't quit (oh)
And it don't stop (oh)
And it don't quit (oh)
And I miss you (oh)
I just miss you (oh)
I just miss you (oh)
Homie I'll never forget you (no)

Eminem is the best-selling artist of the 2000s in the United States. Throughout his career, he has had 10 number-one albums on the Billboard 200 and five number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100. With more than 47.4 million albums and 107.5 million singles sold in the U.S. and 220 million records globally, he is among the world's best-selling artists of all time and is consistently cited as one of the greatest and most influential artists in any genre. He is the only artist to have eight albums consecutively debut at number one on the Billboard 200. Rolling Stone ranked him 83rd on its list of 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, calling him the "King of Hip Hop".
After his debut album Infinite (1996) and then Slim Shady EP (1997), Eminem signed with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment and subsequently achieved mainstream popularity in 1999 with The Slim Shady LP, which earned him his first Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. His next two releases, 2000's The Marshall Mathers LP and 2002's The Eminem Show, were worldwide successes, with each being certified diamond in U.S. sales and both winning Best Rap Album Grammy Awards—making Eminem the first artist to win the award for three consecutive LPs. They were followed by Encore in 2004, another critical and commercial success. Eminem went on hiatus after touring in 2005, releasing Relapse in 2009 and Recovery in 2010. Both won Grammy Awards and Recovery was the best-selling album of 2010 worldwide, the second time he had the international best-selling album of the year (after The Eminem Show). Eminem's eighth album, 2013's The Marshall Mathers LP 2, won two Grammy Awards, including Best Rap Album; it expanded his record for the most wins in that category and his Grammy total to 15. In 2017, he released his ninth studio album, Revival. On August 31, 2018, Eminem released his tenth studio album, Kamikaze, to streaming services Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music.
In addition to his solo career, Eminem is an original member of the Midwest hip hop groups Soul Intent and D12. He is also known for his collaborations with fellow Detroit-based rapper Royce da 5'9"; the two are collectively known as Bad Meets Evil. Eminem has developed other ventures, including Shady Records, with manager Paul Rosenberg, which helped launch the careers of artists such as 50 Cent. Eminem has also established his own channel, Shade 45, on Sirius XM Radio. In November 2002, he starred in the hip hop film 8 Mile, which won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for "Lose Yourself", becoming the first rap artist to ever win the award. Eminem has made cameo appearances in the films The Wash (2001), Funny People (2009), and The Interview (2014), and the television series Entourage (2010).
Marshall Bruce Mathers III was born on October 17, 1972, in St. Joseph, Missouri, the only child of Marshall Bruce Mathers Jr. and Deborah Rae "Debbie" Nelson. His mother nearly died during her 73-hour labor with him. Eminem's parents were in a band called Daddy Warbucks, playing in Ramada Inns along the Dakotas–Montana border before their separation. Bruce left the family, moving to California and having two other children: Michael and Sarah. Debbie later had son Nathan "Nate" Kane Samara. During his childhood, Eminem and Debbie shuttled between Michigan and Missouri, rarely staying in one house for more than a year or two and living primarily with family members. In Missouri, they lived in several places, including St. Joseph, Savannah, and Kansas City.
Eminem uses alter egos in his songs for different rapping styles and subject matter. His best-known alter ego, Slim Shady, first appeared on the Slim Shady EP. In this persona his songs are violent and dark, with a comic twist. Eminem downplayed Slim Shady on Recovery because he felt it did not fit the album's theme.
As a white performer prominent in a genre influenced by black artists, Eminem has been compared, much to his chagrin, to Elvis Presley, and as a lyricist and as aforementioned to Bob Dylan. Rapper Asher Roth has been compared to Eminem, and Roth devoted a song on his album ("As I Em") to him, which he took offense to. The accomplished trumpeter Nicholas Payton has called Eminem "the Bix Beiderbecke of hip hop".
Eminem and Christian hip hop artist KJ-52 have been compared to each other, with KJ-52 called his "Christian counterpart". KJ-52's single, "Dear Slim", was controversial with Eminem fans when it appeared on Total Request Live. Although he said the song was not intended to be disrespectful, KJ-52 received hate mail and the song was number 26 on VH1's Top 40 Worst Moments in Hip Hop list.

Marhsall Mathers: Makes you cry
Sometimes his dark life story is very much related to us in the real life (about love, family, children, about the cruelty of the world, or about whatever it is)
Like the songs Mockingbird, When I'm Gone, Your Never Over, Going Through Changes, Sing For The Moment, Like Toys Soldiers, Rock Bottom, and many more..
FYI: That the Rock Bottom song was made when he had not met Dr. Dre & was not well known, it was said that when he made the song Em had thought about suicide but Em did not give up and Rap saved him so he can become what he is now
Slim Shady: Makes you laugh
Slim Shady is cast with a blonde man who is grumpy & sometimes makes us laugh but a little crazy, controversial words and the diss song is very cruel
Like the songs Nail In The Coffin & Bully (Diss Benzino & Ja Rule), Superman & The Warning (Diss Mariah Carey & Nick), The Real Slim Shady & Without Me (Diss Christina Aguilera, Limp Bizkit, & Moby), Cleanin Out My Closet (Diss his Mother), Leaving Heaven (Diss his Father)
FYI: The song Leaving Heaven was made by Em because he was very disappointed and hated his father because until his father died he did not give a good impression since Em was a child and Em also said he was too fucking coward to never see his grankids, Hailie and the other kids
Eminem: Make you Think
Eminem often makes songs to motivate many people or people who have felt like the life that Em lived
Like the song Lose Yourself, Not Afraid, Guts Over Fear, Beautiful, Beautiful Pain, Till I Collapse And More
FYI: Many people feel helped or excited after hearing the songs
Ohyaaa.. And one more thing, Marshall Mathers, Slim Shady, and Eminem It lives in the same body
The Clumsy Girl
The days are cold livin' without you
The nights are long, I'm growing older
I miss the days alone, thinkin' about you
You may be gone, but you're never over
If Proof could see me now, I know he'd be proud
Somewhere in me deep down, there's something in me he found
That made him believe in me, now no one can beat me now
You try, it'll be them doors, on Dre's Phantom believe me clowns
That means suicide homie, you'll never throw me
Off of this course, blow me
Bitch I do this all for the sport only
But I want it all, I'm not just talking awards homie

This song does not get the love it deserves. Probably his most emotional track. People complaining about the singing but I think it’s awesome how he’s acknowledged he’s not great at singing but he still did on this for Proof. Pure raw emotion.

@max smith how does that make me racist like you said everyone has a beautiful voice in there own way but do you see people saying drake can’t sing no even though he is only known for using auto tune we’re EM isn’t and so saying EMs voice is shit it makes the people calling EM fans stans shows how racist this world is
max smith
@lucas ralphs the fact you thought of race, begs the question whos the racist , i know all race s have beautiful voices and unique to them cause its there voice , like bro let go of race music is far greater , regardless if he can sing or not i felt every single word and it helps me get through sh#t im going through, heres question if all our flesh and skin was ripped off , and every single human had our muscles red nature showing would we still be the same divided by skin or will be united ?
lucas ralphs
@Moom Pompey lol this proves how racist people are if someone says yo drake can sing no one has a problem but em who’s white someone says he can sing no shut up stan it’s quite sad and it’s the same with calling em the goat exact same reaction
