Previously, I used to spend a significant amount of time obsessing over physical imperfections, such as picking and prodding at my skin.

I would even go so far as to pray for the day that I may lose weight so that I could become more attractive or thinner in appearance.

However, I didn't realize that what I needed was merely hope and positivity.
