Empathy Test released a double A-side single, Demons | Seeing Stars on September the 9th, 2016, which featured featured remixes by Sidewalks And Skeletons and MNYNMS, before embarking on a European tour on 16th September. Empathy Test recruited live drummer Christina Lopez and keyboard player Jacob Ferguson Lobo to accompanying Isaac on the tour. They continued to perform with Isaac until April 2017, when Jacob was replaced by Sam Winter-Quick. The band then released another single, By My Side with b-side Vampire Town and remixes by New Portals and Papertwin on February 17th, 2017. A third single, Bare My Soul was released 21st April, 2017, to coincide with a second European tour.
Empathy Test are currently crowd funding two debut albums plus a final single via PledgeMusic: http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/empathy-test-album/. They are slated for release on 17th November. The first album, Losing Touch, will feature all the original 2014 EP tracks plus Demons and two previously unreleased tracks, Siamese and Sleep. Empathy Test Lyrics

You think it's too late.
I′m not ready
To accept this fate.
The seas will rise
To reclaim the land
And we'll realise
We are still so small.
Peace be with you
When the lights go out.
Hearts are heavy
Overcome by doubt.
Seas will rise
To reclaim the land
And we'll realise
We are still so small.
We run like tears
Through the flood of
Holy Rivers
We run like tears
Through the flood of
Holy Rivers
Please don′t tell me
We can not prevail.
Heaven help me
If we are to fail.
Seas will rise
To reclaim the land
And we′ll realise
We are still so small.
We run like tears
Through the flood of
Holy Rivers
We run like tears
Through the flood of
In Holy Rivers, Empathy Test seems to be commenting on the impending doom that climate change and global warming are bringing about. The song is a call to action for humanity to realize that it is not yet too late to turn the tide before nature reclaims the land. The lyrics depict a sense of helplessness and despair that people are collectively feeling as we face an uncertain future. However, it also offers a message of hope that if we act now, we can still save ourselves.
Throughout the verses, the lyrics repeat the idea of "seas will rise to reclaim the land," as if it's a warning of what is coming. It speaks to the inevitability of the consequences of our actions, and how we have to come to terms with them. The line "we are still so small" emphasizes that even though humans have the power to influence and alter the environment, we are ultimately at the mercy of natural forces beyond our control.
The chorus, "We run like tears, through the flood of holy rivers" can be looked at as a metaphor for the emotions and chaos that we face in the face of climate change. It's as if we're like tears, being carried away by the current of the world's problems, and that the only way forward is to face the adversity head-on like a flood.

A year ago I was on Diary Of Dreams live in Tbilisi and we were waiting for the band and the music was playing before live started. It was Empathy Test - holding on. The moment I heared your music I was in panic, trying to remember words and everything and my friend Shazamed it for me and it felt as if I found some treasure. Then "Demons" started playing and I was in love and after the concert i was walking around the city, on my own, high on weed and Your music guys ❤️ thank You so much and please come to Georgia ❤️

For the first time I heard you in Radio Centrum [PL] on the broadcast of Kuba Czerniak - Centrum w Mroku. I immediately fell in love with these sounds and your voice. Recently, I was able to attend a concert at the Warsaw Dark Electro Festival - it was an amazing experience, I want more and more. And Holy Rivers - in my head since I heard it - the perfect bit, that voice, I love it <3
