apareciste tu y eras tan igual
a lo que un dia, a eso que un dia
me permiti soñar
Y la sorpesa de haberte encontrado
cambio el rumbo de mi corazon
tenerte cada dia al despertarnos
me hace sentir cada vez mejor
Estuve tanto tiempo dando vueltas
buscando algo, no sabiendo que
y hoy gracias a ti yo lo he encontrado
y tus ojos dicen que tu tambien
y ahora solo se que tengo que cuidar
a este corazon que no para de cantar
apareciste tu y eras tan igual
a lo que un dia, a eso que un dia
me permiti soñar
Ahora solo se que tengo que cuidar mi corazon
apareciste tu y eras tan igual
a lo que un dia, a eso que un dia
me permiti soñar

The lyrics suggest that this person resembles what the singer once allowed themselves to dream about, representing the fulfillment of their desires and aspirations.
The chorus repeats the idea of taking care of their heart, which never stops singing, indicating the importance of nurturing this newfound love and not taking it for granted. The singer realizes that this person is just like what they had allowed themselves to dream about, emphasizing the significance and impact of this serendipitous encounter.
In the final lines, the singer expresses the newfound knowledge of taking care of their heart, understanding the value of the love they have found. The repetition of "a lo que un dia, a eso que un dia me permití soñar" (to what one day, to that which one day I allowed myself to dream) reinforces the notion of cherishing this opportunity that seemed like a distant dream come true.
Overall, "Me Permití Soñar" showcases the singer's reflection on their search for fulfillment, finding it in a surprising encounter that aligns with their dreams and reminds them of the importance of protecting and embracing love.
