I know, What the problem with the silence here and
I consent, that I missing your intent
Just a little bitty thing - I on it
[And to think it] - only takes a minute
Do you know, how to treat a woman - maybe you don't care
That's the way that our love can grow, make the? play and then not to slow
Give me a chance (give me a chance), I will have to make you dance
Make a play apon? the dance floor, I'll be waiting there 'till knock the door

I know, what'cha really try to say to me? - and
I pretend, that I didn't conprehend
All I really want? to do is take a long va-ca-tion
And I hope, they can work that number in a conversation
You may have said on the dance floor, the way I play the table and then got some more

You know, what the problem with the silence here is
You contest, you better give this? friend a rest
I eat a cake without you and
I need a ring, that is safe in your hand
And I hope, they can work that number in a conversation
Give me a chance (give me a chance), I will have to make you dance

Make the? play upon the dance floor, I'll be waiting there until knock the door
That's the way that our love can grow, make your play and then not to slow

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Enon's song "Knock That Door" are about a woman who is waiting for her partner to take notice of her and treat her with love and respect. The first verse acknowledges that there is a problem with silence in the relationship, and the woman is missing her partner's attention and affection. She is willing to work on the relationship and suggests that it only takes a minute to make things better. However, she questions whether her partner knows how to treat a woman and suggests that he may not care.

In the second verse, the woman is trying to understand what her partner is really trying to say to her, but she struggles to comprehend his intentions. She desires to take a long vacation with him, but she hopes that they can discuss it and find a way to make it happen. She remembers how he praised her on the dance floor and played the table, and she wants him to give her a chance to show what she can do.

The chorus repeats the message that the woman needs her partner to make a move and knock the door to show that he is interested in making the relationship work. She wants him to make a play on the dance floor and give her a chance to make him dance. In the end, she hopes that their love can grow and that he will not slow down.

Overall, the lyrics of "Knock That Door" reflect the frustration and hopefulness of someone who wants to improve their relationship but needs their partner's cooperation to make it happen.
