Blinded
Eric's Trip Lyrics
I find it hard to find it
When my eyes are blinded
I find it hard to find it
When my eyes are blinded
I find it hard to breathe
Though I need it everyday
I find it hard to breathe
Though I need it in every way
Forced to beg
Oh taste the pain
Hurts my arms to bend that way
To bend that way
To bend that way

Eric's Trip were a Canadian indie rock band hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick. Forming in 1990 when musicians Rick White and Christopher Thompson of The Forest joined Julie Doiron and Ed Vaughan (who was later replaced by Mark Gaudet of Purple Knight), they took their name from a Sonic Youth song. They emulated the distorted guitar of Dinosaur Jr., the folk leanings of Neil Young, and the lo-fi aesthetic of Sebadoh. Rick White described their sound as "sappy melodic pop music on top of thick distortion." Read Full BioEric's Trip were a Canadian indie rock band hailing from Moncton, New Brunswick. It's laughable how few views this has. It's so fucking awesome

I wonder if there’s a lot of intersection between Eric’s Trip fans and Elliott Smith fans
