Didn't know I had to be outside the cave to teleport so I rode all the way back on Torrent, got lost and died multiple times in the process but when the sky turned blue again as we reach Limgrave it was like we had escaped hell, what an adventure.

This was an amazing experience. I honestly thought I’d screwed my entire save file, just panic mode instantly. Then I left the cave and realized I was in hell. I couldn’t believe that’s what the later parts of the game were like. I hope I find more of these traps.

I got to this place right away, encountered the boss and felt terrified. Then I went outside and explored most of the Caelid region on foot. 6 hours in and I still hadn't unlocked the horse.
Managed to get through Redmane castle and find a Flamberge weapon, everything oneshotting me on the way. And then there is me still dealing little to no damage to anything because I haven't unlocked levelling either. X)
Teleported back to the Limegrave grace and realized how far into the game Caelid is "supposed" to be. But my god, it was all worth it. What a journey.

@Nathan Hodson Find 3 graces( one at the start, one at the church and if u go past the church there's a cave if u can't find the cave just keep going and there will be a camp in front of a gate there's a grace there) and rest once u have done that and this girl will give u a horse after that go to the gatefront camp (follow the trail) and there should be like a pillar if u examine u will get a map

Also was teleported here rather early in my game. Finally found the way out and then went back a few times while leveling up with little success. I have a Magic Build. The latest attempt, I killed all the Prawns first with Magic while hiding in a hut on the hill to avoid their spells. Then I jumped on top of that hut and headed the left and into another tunnel. Had to kill a miner. Then another prawn and miner. I thought I had done it! Nope three more prawns. Then the boss, this beetle/scorpion/crystal thing just destroyed me. I won't be going back until I am a much higher level and maybe try to summon someone to help.

Exactly dude. I was so pissed. After I killed all of them I thought I was finally at the door but no, literally the most OP boss. Also have Faith Pyro build and it wasn’t fun and I always one shot enemies.

The loot is worthwhile as the place has smithing stones. The miners can be killed in two-three longbow bone fletched arrows. If you chose the samurai class you'll have it easier here. The tailed guys are more difficult, but while they cast the magic circle around and backstab them two-handed. The one on the lower ledge can be sniped in stealth mode at the entrance of the shack you got teleported. Shoot an arrow and in stealth walk up the path and wait for it to de-aggro. Rinse and repeat. It's going to take a while and lots of arrows, but at least it's safe.

Got teleported there at lvl 27 with slightly upgraded weapons and tried to kill the enemies, got some of them and then decided to run for it. Got away with 10000 runes as a bonus and went out and explored the area around the tunnel.

Almost considered restarting my run, this was the first place I went to, before I even unlocked the horse and levelling. Took me 7 hours to find out about fast travelling... In that 7 hours I didn't gain a single item that made me stronger, yet beat the bosses with the mace and whip, climbed all the way up the cliffs of sellia to the sellia hideaway, and found many magic items that I won't be able to use for a long, long time.

Just roll out of the sleep mist if you're meek, alternatively let it take you and cleave through whatever you find. One of them transported me to a dragon world next to a site of grace, it was an interesting sight of site.

Got to this point last night I used stealth to get out. I am way to low level to take on the prawns, but did explore the bit outside the mine, until an evaporation killed me, it appeared from nowhere.

those Crystal miners are pretty easy to sidestep and backstab, backup quick if they stab the ground - though you should just speedrun past them. Stay out of the open, King Prawn has a ranged attack that will Keel. Once outside, get on your trusty steed and you can dodge past the BS. Follow the wall on the right and there's a pass through the mountain with ruin worms where you'll find some smithing materials at the end of the path. Watch out for the piles of stones, they're land mines - approach and they activate, dodge back to clear their stones. Parkour along the walls past the large group of worms and you'll come across a giant Ruin Orb - If you don't want to step in smack / step back till you smite it, then go around the crystal sbehind it, climb over the crystals and grab the materials from behind the orb once it settles down.

This game exptects you to have a lot of prior knowledge... I was hard stuck here and expected to be required to clear that cave which is kinda impossible. Some more tips ingame would be nice. It was also not clear you cant fast travel out of the cave or that you have to find the site of grace to then be able to travel and so on....

I didnt have my horse yet, and I thought I had to leave by food and I did tried, after I left the tunnel I run to a city of ghost magicians throwing some harry potter spells, then found a big dog in 2 legs then I found a street but a lot of bad guys were walking on it so I had to run around, found some nasty huge birds, guys that exploted them self, huge guy with a bell as a head and other weird stuff. When I finally arrived to the back of the island I was at the start of the game (LIMEGRAVE) I wasn't able to go through because there was a wall of mist blocking the way. Up until this moment I didn't know I had the fast travel feature back and I did this running without the horse. I love this game!

@Bryan Sels my favorite way to farm runes so far is to defeat trolls (the flesh colored giants with no stomach) they grant 1000 runes for an easy fight there’s a herd northeast of gate front ruins take the wind vortex thing up

@Dublin_lad Gaming You have to physically move your character outside the cave out in the open where you can see the red sky. THEN try fast traveling, and if it doesn’t work just exit the game and go back in then try fast traveling outside the cave again.
