The verses are from Amy's perspective and the choruses are the stalker's. She stated in the interview that she was forced to sleep in a hotel and undress in the dark because she didn't know if she was being watched. Entertainment Weekly's Jon Dolan found similarities between the song and Tori Amos' "Me and a Gun". It uses several industrial beats into its composition.
The song title was taken from Lee's username Snow White on EvBoard, EvThreads and EvClub, official forums that are no longer active.
Amy sings her lowest note in this song during the line: "I can’t escape the twisted way you think of me."
