Onko tärkeempää?
Minä, minä, minä
Mitä jäljelle jää?
Ku mitään, mitään, mitään ei säästellä
Enkä, enkä, enkä haluu herätä.
Ku ollaan porattu meret (porattu meret)
Ja pilattu maa (ja pilattu maa)
Ei oo toist planeettaa.
Ku ollaan porattu meret (porattu meret)
Saatu jäät sulamaan
Koht jäljell on vaa, shara-ra-ra-raa
Sahara-ra-ra-raa
Emmä, emmä, emmä
Oo valmis muuttaa mitään, ei.
Lisää, lisää, lisää
Haluun kaiken käyttää, mm
Elän, elän, elän
Ku viimist päivää, mm.
Mikä, mikä, mikä
Sais mut heräämään?
Ku ollaan porattu meret (porattu meret)
Ja pilattu maa (ja pilattu maa)
Minne sä menet?
Ei oo toist planeettaa.
Ku ollaan porattu meret
Saatu jäät sulamaan
Koht jäljel on vaa, sahara-ra-ra-raa
Sahara-ra-ra-raa
Ku ollaan porattu meret
Ja pilattu maa
Minne sä menet?
Ei oo toist planeettaa.
Ku ollaan porattu meret
Saatu jäät sulamaan
Koht jäljel on vaa, sahara-ra-ra-raa
Ku ollaan porattu meret
Ja pilattu maa
Minne sä menet?
Ei oo toist planeettaa
Ku ollaan porattu meret (porattu meret)
Saatu jäät sulamaan (saatu jäät sulamaan)

Sahara-ra-ra-raa
The lyrics to the song "Sahara" by Evelina are introspective and contemplative in nature, touching upon the themes of individualism, self-importance, and environmental destruction. The first few lines of the song emphasize how the singer considers themselves important and wonders what will be left of them when they are gone. They express their lack of concern for preserving the environment, saying that when the seas have been drilled and the earth has been ruined, there will be nowhere else to go. The singer is not willing to change themselves or their habits, and would rather use everything at their disposal without regard for the consequences.
The repetition of the phrase "ku ollaan porattu meret" (when we have drilled the seas) highlights the sense of inevitability in the singer's mind about the destruction of the environment. The song seems to suggest that our sense of individualism and self-importance blinds us to the greater issues facing our planet. The references to the Sahara desert in the chorus may serve as a metaphor for the barren and lifeless world that may result from our actions. Overall, the song is a wake-up call to the listener to consider their impact on the environment and take steps to preserve it before it's too late.
