One step at a divine time
We are releasing with our movement
You are abundantly growing even when it feels like your standing still
The ancestors are back
The path is clear, this is no time for doubt, no time for shame, no time for fear
Full speed ahead, through the darkness over there that’s
There you will find alignment
The dragon will open up the doors
Tourmaline, Malachite and Shungite
Hold them tight and beware of the takers
This might get treacherous
But you must trust
The lyrics to F.E.D's song "The Quest" speak about embarking on a journey of self-discovery and growth. The opening line, "Follow child, the dragon has opened the portal," suggests that a new opportunity or path has presented itself, and the listener is being encouraged to seize it.
The next line, "One step at a divine time," emphasizes the importance of patience and taking things gradually. It highlights the idea that personal growth comes incrementally and requires dedication and consistency.
"We are releasing with our movement" suggests that as the listener progresses on this journey, they are also letting go of any constraints or limitations that may have held them back in the past. The act of moving forward helps to release these limitations and allows for personal growth.
The mention of standing still while feeling abundantly growing implies that even when it seems like nothing is happening externally, there is still internal progress and development taking place. It emphasizes the importance of trusting the process and having faith in oneself.
The reference to the ancestors returning suggests a connection to one's roots and heritage. It implies that the wisdom and guidance of those who came before will support the listener on their quest. This reassurance is further emphasized by the line, "The path is clear, this is no time for doubt, no time for shame, no time for fear," which encourages the listener to push past any negative emotions or doubts that may arise.
The following lines, "Full speed ahead, through the darkness over there that's There you will find alignment" suggest that despite the challenges and obstacles that may appear daunting, it is by moving forward with determination and resilience that one can find their purpose and true alignment in life.
"The Monstaz will be our guides with the knowledge they provide" can be interpreted as a metaphorical reference to mentors or individuals who possess wisdom and insights that can help the listener along their journey. The "Monstaz" represent those who have faced their own struggles and provide guidance to others.
The mention of Tourmaline, Malachite, and Shungite as items to hold onto and the warning to "beware of the takers" suggests the importance of protecting oneself from negative influences or individuals who may try to undermine one's progress or steal their energy.
Finally, the closing line, "But you must trust," serves as a simple yet powerful reminder that trusting in oneself and the process of personal growth is essential. It encourages the listener to have faith in their abilities and the guidance they receive, even when the journey may become difficult or treacherous.
Overall, "The Quest" conveys messages of perseverance, self-trust, and the importance of embracing challenges and opportunities to grow. It encourages listeners to follow their own path, connect with their roots, seek guidance from wise individuals, and stay vigilant in protecting their progress.
