Worth
F.O.M. Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

You're like magic potion in my cup
If it was all a dream and then I woke up
It'd be worth it if you broke my heart
It'd be worth it if you broke my heart in two
I don't even know what to think
We've only been on like, two dates
You'd be worth it if you broke my heart
It'd be so easy for you to do
And if given the chance
I'd let you rip me to shreds
Doot doo doo doo
Doot doo doo doo
I need some preparation for that pretty face
When I see it I think, "This Must Be The Place"
It'd all be worth it if you broke my heart
Yeah, you'll be worth it when you break my heart in two
I think that I could use some sun
I think that I should go buy a gun
But I've had my eye on a pistol like you instead
It comes naturally to you
And when given the chance
I'd let you shoot me down dead
Nice, baby
And it's alright
It's alright and you're so nice, baby
It's so nice, it's so nice
You're so nice
And it's so nice to get lost in your eyes, baby
It's alright
It's alright
It's alright, baby
You're really a treasure to hangout with
Just a couple 'cowboys smoking cigarettes all day

We should do it again sometime, yeah
Or maybe, like, a million more times

Overall Meaning

The first line of F.O.M.'s song "Worth" introduces us to a character, a fallen angel from the unknown, who is struggling with the truth and accepting responsibility for their actions. The second line implies that the character is not being honest with themselves and is instead telling lies to get home, perhaps to avoid facing the consequences of their actions. The third line references the character's fear of the end days, which could be interpreted as a fear of judgment or a fear of facing the reality of their actions. The fourth line suggests that the character is resistant to change and unwilling to take responsibility for what they have done.

The chorus of the song repeats the phrase "a need of redeeming what's lost." This suggests that the character is aware of their mistakes and is searching for a way to make amends. However, the following lines describe the character's dreams, and they are not positive. The dreams of blood, sloth, and greed suggest that the character is struggling with dark impulses and desires. They are telling themselves that the cost of achieving those desires is worth it, even if it means destroying everything in the process.

The final lines of the song describe a painful journey through fire and ice, implying that the character is going through some sort of trial or reckoning. Ultimately, the song leaves us with the sense that the character is still struggling to find redemption, and that the cost of their actions may have been too high.

Have you ever shopped on Aliexpress? What was your experience?

I never thought of ordering shoes from aliExpress but I do order shoes online. Could you give a link for ordering Li-Ning from China? My quick search turned up prices from $70 to over $200. Great video, by the way.

My mama told me never to cheap out on shoes and mattresses. You spend half your life in one and a third in the other. I'm the cheapest mofo out there but I splurge on good shoes when I need them. Thanks for the review. Will stay away.

LOL, your mom was right! Never cheap out on those two! But I will say... those Li-Nings? Whew! Better than any Nike I've ever bought. On par with my high end Adidas. Those I'd buy again, and for $35 SHIPPED from China? Can't beat it. They came in a bag, but hey, I ain't wearing the box.

Thanks for watching!
