Despite being alive, I feel like I am trapped inside a cage that restricts or confines me.

How come all I think about is running away
I cannot help myself from constantly dreaming of breaking free from this cage and running away to a place where I can be free.

You seem to be concealing or covering up your emotions, actions or true intentions from me.

and I thought it had to deal with me but
I initially assumed that your behavior was related to me, but I am starting to realize that it may have nothing to do with me.

You said Don’t tell my dad or your gunna get in trouble I’ll tell him about the drugs
You disclosed sensitive and possibly incriminating information to me under the condition that I do not reveal it to anyone else, otherwise I may face negative consequences. You were willing to share this information with me despite the risks involved.

You’ve been hiding under your bed
You have been avoiding confronting a certain situation or issue, much like how a child would hide under their bed to escape from reality.

I’m not dumb I got your keys before you thought you could judge me
I am more intelligent and perceptive than you might think. I had already obtained your keys and/or figured out your motives before you even had a chance to judge me.

The fool is all in your head
You are foolish for believing or imagining certain things that are not based on reality, and this foolishness is taking place entirely in your own mind.

Seems like today it takes a death
It appears that people only truly start to value or appreciate something and realize its importance after they experience or witness a significant loss, especially a death.

To appreciate what i took easily and wished away for a stupid thing
I did not realize or appreciate the value of something that I had easily received or possessed, and instead disregarded or dismissed it for something trivial or insignificant.

Cause I’ve been hanging by a thread
I am in a very precarious and unstable situation that could fall apart at any moment, much like how a thread can easily break under pressure.

You said Don’t let every opinion bother you
You advised me not to be affected or swayed by every single opinion or criticism I hear from others, as they may not always be valid or accurate.

Till it gets inside your head
However, when certain opinions or criticisms persist and repeatedly enter my mind, they can start to affect my thoughts and emotions, even if they are not true or beneficial.

Then controls the next move u make
These intrusive thoughts and opinions can start to influence and manipulate my decision making process, leading me to make choices that may not align with my true desires or values.

Your not this easy to break
While you may seem vulnerable or fragile, you are actually quite resilient and difficult to defeat or overcome.

Why can’t you take a break from your cigarette?
I am questioning why you cannot take a break from indulging in a habit that may not be beneficial for your health or well-being, such as smoking a cigarette.

It isn’t gunna kill you
I am trying to assure you that taking a break from smoking will not result in immediate death, and may in fact, have positive effects on your health.

Like it kills me When you leave me Unanswered In the blue
Your lack of response or action towards me leaves me feeling hurt or emotionally drained, much like how smoking kills me metaphorically.

Why? Since it sucks to be with you
I am questioning why I even bother being with you, as being around you can be draining or unpleasant for me.
