Hi, i figured out the reason.

it's super simple, when you're dealing with a negative number that has a exponent. what you're doing isn't: 8-2x-2 but 8-2x2
a negative number with an exponent n multiplies the negative number n-1 times by itself
ex:
-3²=-3x3=-9
-3³=-3x3x3=-27

I actually didn't know about this before so thanks

Thx for that video! Btw I tryed to graph f(x)/g(x) which at 2:50 and found that in despite of "bottom heavy" there's on the right sight function has horizontal asymptote y=0 BUT on the left side it passes thrue the X-axis and then approaching to 0. What is going on?

2x times x^2 becomes 2x^3 because the 2x has an exponent of 1. It just isn't stated. And when we multiply numbers with exponents, we add the exponents giving us 2x^3.

You don't multiply the 1 and 2 or the numbers used as exponent. You multiply all of the x variables together which gives you x cubed because it is 3 x variables being multiplied .
