After receiving attention in 2006 for a track released on Advanced Electronics vol3, Faderhead was signed to Accession Records/Indigo and released his debut album "FH1". One year later, he followed up with his sophomore album "FH2".
In 2008, Faderhead parted ways with Accession Records and joined L-Tracks Recordings. On October 10th, the third Faderhead album, aptly titled "FH3" was released.
Faderhead's live show is currently supported by Marco Visconti (of XP8) on keyboards and backing vocals. The Hamburg producer/vocalist uses different musicians for live shows.

Use your own!
The lyrics of Faderhead's song This Machine convey a message of individuality and empowerment. The first line, "This machine has no brain," is a reference to the idea that machines lack the ability to think or make decisions on their own. The song goes on to say "Use your own," encouraging listeners to rely on their own intelligence and judgment rather than simply following what they are told or what is popular.
The song can be interpreted as a call to action, urging the listener to take control of their own lives and not simply be a cog in the machine. This is a common theme in alternative and electronic music, as these genres often value individuality and rebellion against established norms.
The repetition of the phrase "This machine has no brain" throughout the song reinforces the idea that relying on machines or outside sources for guidance is not enough. The listener must rely on their own intellect and inner voice to guide them.
