For the 2004 album No Roots, Faithless were joined by rapper/vocalist LSK.
Rollo's studio relationship is quite unique as he has synesthesia [a clinical condition where sounds have colour] . He also acted as producer for the second half of his sister Dido's debut album, No Angel.
Dido has been a guest singer on a number of Faithless tracks, including "Flowerstand Man" from the 1995 debut album Reverence, "Hem of his Garment" from Sunday 8PM, "One Step Too Far" from Outrospective and "No Roots" from the album of the same name.
Faithless have now released 5 studio albums, with a remix album for the first three (Reverence, Sunday 8pm and Outrospective) and an instrumental for the last (No Roots), plus a Greatest Hits collection (Forever Faithless) and 2 DVDS, one of which showcased their universally acclaimed live performances. Their most mature album and arguably their best is the latest album 'To All New Arrivals' released on 27th November 2006, the album name being inspired by the recent birth of two babies to Rollo and Sister Bliss.
Part of one of their tracks featured on the 'Greatest Hits' album (Taruntula) was remixed by the BBC and used as the theme for their World Cup coverage in 2002.
It was reported that Faithless were to split up after their 2005 tour, which was due to end on 30 April 2005. Speculation started after Rollo wrote "We set out thinking it would be our last album, feeling maybe we have had our time in the sun". Fortunately, this was not meant to be. A fresh clutch of tour dates prolonged the tour until December 2005.
In 2006 the band made several summer festival appearances, including the V Festival in England.
In August of 2006, Faithless released a 3 CD compilation for the Renaissance series titled, "Renaissance 3D". The first CD contains a mix of then current club hits, the second CD is a collection of Faithless remixes and productions, and the third CD is a laid back chill out CD.
On the 27th of November 2006, Faithless released its fifth studio album titled "To All New Arrivals". Previews of the tracks were made available via the Faithless website in early October.
Their 'Music Matters' tour in the UK started in early 2007.
In May 2010, Faithless released "The Dance", their best selling album to date in Europe. The album has been followed a few months later by an upgrade, including a remix bonus CD, "The Dance Never Ends".
On March 16th 2011, Maxi Jazz announced on his website that Faithless would cease to be, commenting "But, like when writing a song, you always just ‘know’ when it’s finished… this is and was the “Thank YOU And Goodbye’ tour".

Love is you
My TV barks at me, from the corner
Life on the street is like a sauna, it's too hot
Put bars around what you've got
And the whole city lucky that we ain't been shot
Here we go
Times to overthrow the parliament, so
In these struggled times
I want to know, do you
Make a stand or just follow the flow
Even though, you know why' leaders are fullup of ego
Do we go where the others go and lay low
Only moving on someone elses say so
I say no!
What's in my heart is unexplainable
I ain't a fool
And happiness is attainable
And even on the days when rain will fall
I still plan to love and I always will
It's a calling from when I rise in the morning
This is a love we were born in
Ya tap it and it just keep coming and coming and coming
Love is you, love is us, love is
Hmm, It's a powerful thing that can make a man sing
And bring people together with strength of feeling
Now, be connected from the floor to ceiling
Ecuador to Beijing become all the same thing
Like a movement, love too strong to deny
Born to fly but we stay grounded and I don't know why
We have a powerful tool, no need to cry
With it you separate the truth from a lie
The point I want to make
Is you could never escape from your fate
The mistake is to take without giving
So, break the tradition
Make a decision, cause no matter how hard you try
You're still in prison
If ya born with wings and you never fly
Listen, you don't stop
Especially when the going gets rough
That's when it's real
And I love that stuff
Love is you, love is me, love is us, love is free
Zip up your front all ya want
But there's a heart in every seed
Love is you, love is me, love is us, love is free
Zip up your front all ya want
But there's a heart in every seed
And I love that stuff
And I love that stuff
The song "Bluegrass" by Faithless explores the concept of love and its transformative power. The song begins with the repeated phrase "Love is you" indicating that love is the central theme of the song. The lyrics paint a bleak picture of urban life, where the TV barks and the streets resemble a sauna, and people put bars around their possessions. The city is violent, and people are lucky not to be shot.
The song then takes a political turn, addressing the despondency that people feel in times of struggle. The lyrics ask the listener to "make a stand or just follow the flow," and not to be swayed by politicians who are full of ego. The song suggests that happiness is attainable, even on the days when it rains. Love is the calling that people feel when they rise in the morning. It is a love that people are born in, and it keeps coming and coming, like an inexhaustible resource.
The song suggests that love can bring people together, whether they are from Ecuador or Beijing. Love is powerful and can transform individuals and communities. Love can separate truth from lies and can help people break free from the traditions and limitations that bind them. The song suggests that people can't escape their fate, but they can make decisions about how to respond to it. Love is free, and it allows people to fly, especially when the going gets tough.
