Fall Out Boy Lyrics

I know you've heard this all before, but were just Hell's (neighbors) (oooh)
Why, why, why won't the world revolve around me?
Build my dreams
Trees grow all over the streets
But I don't know much about classic cars (cars)
But I've got a lot of friends stuck on classic coke (coke)
Media blitz
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess
I'm in love with my own sins
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess
I'm in love with my own sins
You can bow and pretend
That you don't, don't know you're a legend oh
Time, time, time, hasn't told
Anyone else, yeah
Let my love loose again
I don't know much about classic cars (cars)
But I got a lot of friends stuck classic coke (coke)
Down, set, one, hut, hut, hike
Media blitz
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess
I'm in love with my own sins
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess
I'm in love with my own sins
You could have knocked me out with a (feather)
I know you heard this all before
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess
I'm in love with my own sins
Let's hear it for America's suitehearts
But I must confess (I must confess)
I'm in love with my own sins (yeah, yeah, yeah)
(Suitehearts) let's hear it, oh, let's hear it
(Suitehearts) let's hear it, oh, let's
Suitehearts (suitehearts)
The lyrics of Fall Out Boy's song "America's Suitehearts" reflect the idea of fame, success, and the desire for attention from the public. The song is about a person who is obsessed with themselves and wants to be the center of attention, but feels like they're not getting enough recognition for their achievements. The opening line "You could have knocked me out with a feather" is a metaphorical expression used to convey the singer's surprise at not being recognized for their wealth and fame. The phrase "Hell's neighbors" used in the second line means that they are close to the border of Hell, like they are walking on thin ice.
The chorus "Let's hear it for America's suitehearts, but I must confess I'm in love with my own sins" is a commentary on the love-hate relationship between celebrities and the media. The term "suitehearts" refers to the luxurious lifestyle that celebrities lead, living in hotel suites and being pampered all the time. The line "I'm in love with my own sins" means that the singer enjoys breaking the rules, but at the same time, they desire recognition and love from their fans.
The lyrics also include references to classic cars and coke, which could be interpreted as a commentary on the culture of excess and luxury that exists in the entertainment industry. The lines "Trees grow all over the streets, media blitz" suggest the contrast between the natural world and the media-saturated modern society.
Overall, "America's Suitehearts" is a critique of celebrity culture and the ways in which it can be toxic and self-destructive.

(Just gonna share how i became addicted to this band! ^_^)
Almost six years ago (i was 13 then), i came across this MUSIC VIDEO on my local music channel (I'm living in the Philippines btw) and it really got my attention! The sound is so catchy, i find the music video interesting! And it became my favorite song just like that! Unfortunately I didn't see the title and I have no idea how to find it online so I spent almost everyday mostly on the music channel hoping to get a chance to see it again and I did! But I was very busy those days so i forgot to check the band and i forgot this song :C
BUT! Last year, just around November I heard their song 'Alone Together' and it got into me again and when i heard it, i said 'hey, this voice sounds familiar' (didnt even know FoB back then) so I searched it and found out that they are the same band that sang America's suiteheart....Got curious on their music video on 'Alone Together' so i decided to watch all "THE YOUNG BLOOD CHRONICLES" and that made me addicted to them..once i was done, i searched all of their old albums starting from TTYG up to SRAR and listened to every song! so far my favorite album is "FOLIE A DEUX" and my favorite song is the "DISLOYAL ORDER OF WATER BUFFALOES"...I searched and watched almost all of their old vlogs and concerts that is available on line, searched facts about them and IM SUPER ADDICTED TO THEM NOW!
I still like their new style, for me they are getting better!! UGH! I really love them (especially Patrick xD) LETS ALL JUST WELCOME THE NEW FOB FANS EVEN IF THEY JUST BECAME A FAN TODAY BECAUSE OF AB/AP ALBUM! We are all one fandom here :)
SORRY FOR THIS LONG COMMENT ITS JUST THAT I DONT HAVE ANY FRIENDS THAT IS INTO THEM :) Thanks for reading!

Oh, then you've just seen too much Internet. I know I have. I've seen some shit, man. O_o But, you haven't seen the worst. I've seen necrophilia, a dead wedding, cannibalism, child porn, and much more. I am 100% serious. The first 3 things I saw from A Little Piece of Heaven by A7X. The next to last thing I saw from snooping on my teacher's Internet history.

I've been looking for this song for years. After my dad passed away the music he loved was my closest way to him and I recently discovered this song again, which my dad was obsessed with when it came out . Idc what people say abt fall out boy and their music but this song brought a smile to my face, took me to my dad at least for a few moments. Plus it totally rocks!

This is so sweet. ♥️ A great example of how powerful music can be - helping you feel close to someone even if they’re physically not with you anymore.
