I nie dają spać
Samochody przelatują nad mym domem
Powodują drżenie szkła
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie - w moim domu, w moim mieście
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie w powietrzu
Telewizory przenikają oczodoły
Zasłaniają cały świat
Telefony jak kościelne dzwony
Dzwonią w moich snach
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie - w moim domu, w moim mieście
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie w powietrzu
Moje życie wymyka mi się z rąk
I nie daje żadnych szans
Moje serce rozpływa się powoli
Jak spóźniona, martwa łza
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie - w moim domu, w moim mieście
Zamieszanie - niebezpiecznie bezpieczne
Zamieszanie w powietrzu
The lyrics of Farben Lehre's "Zamieszanie" explore the feelings of anxiety and disorientation that arise when an individual is bombarded by the overwhelming technological stimuli of modern society. The opening lines describe the sensation of cars "entering" the singer's head, preventing them from sleeping, while the second stanza compares television sets to "invading" the eyes and phones ringing like church bells in the singer's dreams. The repetition of the chorus, "zamieszanie," which translates to "turmoil" or "confusion," underscores the central theme of the song.
The lyrics also suggest that this "zamieszanie" is both dangerous and safe, as it is a ubiquitous part of daily life that simultaneously disrupts and protects. The third verse implies that the singer's life is slipping away from them, with their heart dissolving like a "belated, dead tear." The final repetition of the chorus implies that the sense of disorientation is not only internal but also pervades the air itself.
Overall, "Zamieszanie" encourages listeners to reflect on the modern experience of sensory overload and the potential consequences of such a life.
