Fashion Tips Baby
Fear Before The March Of Flames Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

You can't make me go outside
The trees are vicious
The winds speak lies
Arms of summer warn "rain tonight"
On horseback through it
I coughed to stay alive

I first fought the knife that brought life to
Skin was stretched and rules were made
Scalpel pushed and pulled

Now I kneel in shame
Terrors of the night
Waiting her to scream at night
Awkward desire to taste her
Take her outside
Make her make me

I put her on her back
And sewed diamonds into her eyes
She can see me better now
And I can love her again

So easily you fashion the words crime as her dress slips down around her ankles

I fucking pity some of the new generations. this core right here made my teenage days fun. and could listen to it alone too.

@Moriyokiri yes. 100x yes. I don't care if people disagree, but even back in the 2000's I really hated crap like that Bree Bree song (don't cut don't cut this pig) or Hollywood Undead, like I REALLY couldn't stand stuff like that. Actually I became very picky about metal/hardcore/screamo released after 2008. I didn't even like a day to remember or bring me the horizon or the wave of death core that started coming out, I only liked suicide silence. I have no idea if anything like Fear Before or Beautiful Epiphany has been released since. 🤔

right? these guys and the blood brothers were basically all I listened to when I was like 14
