Falling Down
Fear Zero Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I wanna get high high every single night
And numb this pain inside
I’m falling, I’m falling

Cause when I feel low low way down in a hole
It’s such a lonely ride
I’m falling, I’m falling down
I start to shake and sweat
I haven’t kicked this yet
It’s burning a hole in me

It’s been three days of hell
Pain I know oh so well
Feels like an eternity

A cigarette could ease my mind
From all the dark thoughts left behind

I wanna get high high every single night
And numb this pain inside
I’m falling, I’m falling

Cause when I feel low low way down in a hole
It’s such a lonely ride
I’m falling, I’m falling down

Caught in this dance of death
Repaying some old debt
From lives I’ve forgotten

Fame keeps me paralyzed
Sucks out what’s left inside
Wake up at the bottom

This isn’t what I thought it’d be
Seems everybody’s changing but me

I wanna get high high every single night
And numb this pain inside
I’m falling, I’m falling

Cause when I feel low low way down in a hole
It’s such a lonely ride
I’m falling, I’m falling down

My life’s a mess I’m in distress
I need someone something to make it go away

Can you be my savior tonight?
I’m falling I’m falling down

Thank goodness youtube notified me or I woulda missed this gem. Hu hu hu...!

Your instrumentals always bring about POWER and EMOTION. (It sort of gives me an old Ninja turtle vibe.)
The anxious anger of the protagonist, and the despair of losing him.

These lyrics capture these last moments well too!

It isn't about *justice*. It's about following the path we believe in!
Weil is human in name only. This thing is a *monster*.

Ku ku ku.

On another note, Zero certainly reminds me of... Megaman in this moment, not X, but, the old Megaman.
In the end of Megaman 7, Where Dr.Wily was all "A Robot must not harm humans..!"
And Megaman just looks at him and says "I am more than a robot..!" charging his buster to finish the job.

It's about time someone did this, even if it's ironically Wily's own work...

"I don't fight for justice I fight for revenge -
And you have to answer for all who are dead"

Man, what can I even say? You took one of the most powerful moments in the entire Megaman franchise and somehow made it better.

Dalek X

"I always said that my sword was a tool of justice...not to be used in anger...nor for revenge...
...But now, now i'm not so sure...and besides...
...THIS ISN'T EVEN MY SWORD!"

Imagine if this starts after Raiden in MGSR told this...

I feel like if the Zero series was more popular, this would have thounds of more likes. I love it! You do amazing work! Keep it up!

Ebenholzt Tatze

Zero in most cases is my most popular choice in the entire series: if there's a chance to play as zero I NEVER pass it up. His combos are absolute boss destroyers * Spin slash in mid air for maximum damage that just SLICES through invincibility frames

SparkTFS

To this day this is my favorite Mega Man vocal cover, it's just so full of emotion. Thanks for making this masterpiece!

Quite ironically, I've felt like someone should've done a vocal cover of Determined Eyes from ZXA. Really good soundtrack.

Good vocals btw, thank you so very much!
