Blame Me
Feder Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Something got me paranormal
Losing my steps
Walking down this endless tunnel
I'm just trying to forget
Talk about another shot of redemption
I let you down
No making no exceptions
Backhanded back around

All I taste is fear
On the tip of my tongue
Lost inside here
I'm running nowhere
Hiding from it
Patience over
Breaking out

Now I can see why you blame me
Now I can feel what you feel
Now I know what you're faced with
And now I know this ain't real
Now I can see why you blame me, blame me, blame me
Now I can see why you blame me, blame me, blame me

Blurry kind of focus
Bad influence
Now my mind has started floating away
I'm not making sense
My pistol's fully loaded
What a turn of events
Now I'm acting like my head's exploded, fizzy soda
Falling off the fence

All I taste is fear
On the tip of my tongue
(On the tip of my tongue)
Lost inside here
I'm running nowhere
Hiding from it
Patience over
Breaking out

Now I can see why you blame me
Now I can feel what you feel
Now I know what you're faced with
And now I know this ain't real

Now I can see why you blame me, blame me, blame me
Now I can see why you blame me, blame me, blame me

Overall Meaning

In Feder's song Blame Me, the singer is struggling to cope with the consequences of their actions. The opening lines suggest that they feel as though something inexplicable is controlling their behavior, leading them to make bad decisions that they cannot explain. The use of the word "paranormal" implies that this force may be supernatural in nature, adding to the sense of confusion and helplessness. The singer is lost in a dark tunnel, trying to escape their own thoughts and emotions by forgetting the past.

As the song progresses, the singer acknowledges the pain that their actions have caused others. They describe feeling trapped and afraid, running in circles without making any progress. However, they also suggest that they are ready to break free from this cycle of guilt and self-doubt. The repetition of the phrase "now I can" suggests a moment of clarity or realization that allows them to understand the perspective of those they have hurt. By acknowledging their own fault and facing up to the consequences of their actions, they may be able to move forward and find redemption.

Overall, Blame Me is a song that explores themes of regret, self-blame, and the struggle to accept responsibility for one's actions. It acknowledges the pain that can come from hurting others, while also emphasizing the importance of moving forward and seeking forgiveness.

I like his open mind in his music. I'm always nicely supprised. That's why i come here after every new song wondering wich instruments which bpm he will use.
In modern music there no more pure rap, hiphop, dance or any other sh*t. Today the originality wins. Of curse there must be an emotion... #BecauseWeJustLoveMusic
