Feeder. Lyrics

Pure devotion, cut and bleed,
Your the crystal, the ecstasy,
The drug that keeps feeding me.
So come on.
Torn together we sow the seed,
Bring the pleasure back for free,
I can taste new life every time I breathe.
So come on, get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high kicking in.
Change the system, break the shape,
New connection hands to make,
Find the honey and learn to taste again,
Bring it back again,
So come on.
Burn forever, learn to feed,
Find the pleasure it's yours to keep.
The world is frozen,
But I can taste new life every time I breathe.
So come on, get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high, kicking in...
Get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high kicking in...
Come together, feel the heat,
Suck the life left right out of me,
The world is frozen,
But I can taste new life every time I breathe.
Every step I take,
Every drop I bleed
So come on, get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high kicking in...
Get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high kicking in...
Get in,
Take a ride, till you sink,
Come on, get in,
Let's feel a new high kicking in...
The lyrics to Feeder's song Helium illustrate the idea of addiction and the desire to reach a new high. The song's speaker acknowledges the harm the addiction has caused â fueling emotions, cutting and bleeding â but cannot resist the pull of the addiction, referring to it as a crystal, ecstasy, and drug that continues to feed them.
The singer then implores someone else to join them in the addiction, desiring to feel the pleasure they once felt now that the world has become "frozen." The lyrics "torn together we sow the seed" suggest they are trying to find a new way to get the high without the harm, changing the system and breaking the shape of their addiction. The lyrics "find the honey and learn to taste again" encourage a return to sweetness and the pleasures of life.
The chorus repeats the invitation to join in and feel a new high, and the final stanza suggests that addiction is a cycle that never ends ("every step I take, every drop I bleed").
Overall, the song speaks to the dangerous allure of addiction, the harm it causes, and the desire to find a new way to feel alive.

If anyone wishes to visit this spot then they should take a fishing partner.
Many people have died and hundreds have gone for a swim including me.
Not for just anyone guys its hard work and very risky in big swell.
2 months ago i was up there 3 guys lost all their gear off high rock 3am.
A freak wave soaked them head to toe.
2 days later a father fishing solo was washed off and never found.
3 close calls for others who went fishing early morning.
Stay safe guys and please dont litter.
It's a wonderful spot but just respect it for the rest.

I havenât done land based for years, but this was really exciting to watch and how dangerous it is. That high end gear is really worth it doing what you do, with the effort of the baits and balloons. That almost makes me feel bad fishing from a boat.
Great work mate! Makes you appreciate the old guys stories that fished the same spots years ago without the technology of today.

What an effort! Brilliant video mate! Trying to gaff that 1st fish was nerve racking, bloody unlucky. So hard trying to gaff big fish on your own off the rocks! Keep up the great job mate & please stay safe

Having watched and struggled with you (I wish) on this one, I now need a rest.
You captured the buzz that is fishing. Thank you
PS. One of our mackerel in the UK are about the size of your bait. Brilliant video

Hey I very much doubt it would of been one of my own rigs as I always make sure I leave no rubbish behind where I fish. Fair few people make rigs the same as I do though.

Unlucky loss on the spin, cool to see the process of rigging up a helium balloon set up and sending it out đ€đŁ cool catch for a solo trip.
