With their seven year existence they have toured across the world from Europe, Puerto Rico, South America aswell Canada and the US countless times. Releasing 3 full length records, two on Southern California's Facedown Records and their latest entitled Suffering the Loss on Seattle's Solidstate Records. Sharing the stage and touring with such bands as Hatebreed, Sick of it All, Dropkick Murphys and many more they received an amazing loving crowd all across the world.
With the rise of band mates other project - Comeback Kid - Figure Four had slown down a significant amount. Time and time again people have asked us what are plans are for touring and for an upcoming album. At the present moment the only plans we have are a few upcoming shows in the new year. Each member has been very busy doing what they do best. Andrew and Jeremy have kept themselves more then busy with The Comeback Kid. Bailey had been playing in Winnipeg's Endless Fight and more recently New Jersey's Shattered Realm . Steve decided it was time to buy a house and furthur his transformer collection, and while Mel has been hard at work studying and going to University.
With no intention on calling it quits, be prepared to see Figure Four around for a while!

Figure Four Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I can't believe this
Wasting life, all this time
You can't see the truth I know
Call me ignorant, but I'm not alone
I have faith in God and won't quit
Æ??il the seed is sown
I try to be a witness day by day
With Christ's help I will spread the word
Holding back
I look into your eyes but
I can't see the fire
That you once possessed
That you once knew
Pride is why you're holding back
Torn behind heart and mind
A child lost, calling out
In this world far from home
The lyrics of Figure Four's "Day by Day" encapsulate the struggle of feeling aimless and unfulfilled, despite putting in effort and time. The first few lines set up a feeling of disillusionment with life, as the singer is standing still and feeling as if they are going nowhere. This is followed by a plea to someone else, who is wasting their life and unable to see the truth that the singer understands. The singer admits that they may be seen as ignorant, but their faith in God keeps them from quitting. The metaphor of sowing a seed is used to describe their effort to spread the word and be a witness day by day, even when it's difficult.
The second half of the song turns to addressing someone else who is holding back, looking into their eyes and not finding the fire they once had. The cause of this holding back is described as pride, and the person is torn between their heart and mind. The song ends with a poignant image of a lost child calling out in a world far from home, emphasizing the sense of alienation and unfulfilled longing that pervades the lyrics.

I favor upper/lower split 4x wk.
This enables me to train really hard yet gives 2 days for recovery. At level 44 the 2 days of recovery are crucial when you factor real life. Also, if you miss a day it’s easy to keep the routine going as you have 3 rest days built in every week.
The main things though are:
Make sure your diet is on point.
Make sure you’re training has enough intensity and you progressive overload.
Make sure you track your workouts and stay consistent.
Stick to the basics like the compound lifts. Save isolation movements for extra volume only.
Do these things and you WILL see gains.
Peace out.
Oh and watch Jeremy’s channel too. Duh!

I am 44 years old, body type ectomorph. My recovery period is slow even with proper nutrition, so the best body split for me is:
Day 1 leg
Day 2 shoulder
Day 3 rest
Day 4 Back+biceps
Day 5 rest
Day 6 chest+triceps
Day 7 rest
I believe programs should be built on a persons goal, body type, recovery period and time availability.

A split that I have used and really liked (also what Arnold used) is a 6 day, Upper&Lower Push/Pull split. So you can still train everything 3x a week, but you can put more focus on each individual muscle.
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quads
Tuesday: Back, Biceps, Glutes, Hamstrings
Wednesday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quads
Thursday: Back, Biceps, Glutes, Hamstrings
Friday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quads
Saturday: Back, Biceps, Glutes, Hamstrings
Sunday: Rest
And then I also do abs every day (either immediately following the workout, or later at night)

So I have a question for my perfession I'm going to need to be well versed in everything, no specialization. Would a monthly split be better? For example
Key:
Strength: Normal controlled movements
Power: Workouts focused on the amount of force produced in a given time
Endurance: Same as the strength category but cardio is done first
Week 1:
Push(strength), Cardio
Pull (strength), Cardio
Core+Legs(strength), Cardio
Rest
Push (strength), Cardio
Pull (strength), Cardio
Core+Legs(strength), Cardio
Rest
Week 2:
Push(power), Cardio
Pull (power), Cardio
Core+Legs(power), Cardio
Rest
Push (power), Cardio
Pull (power), Cardio
Core+Legs(power), Cardio
Rest
Week 3:
Cardio, Push(endurance)
Cardio, Pull (endurance)
Cardio, Core+Legs(endurance)
Rest
Cardio, Push (endurance)
Cardio, Pull (endurance)
Cardio, Core+Legs(endurance)
Rest

I do a bro split superset workout: I remember seeing the smart bro split on athleanx which enables you to hit the muscles twice per week by doing:
Day 1: chest and back
Day 2: quads and hamstrings
Day 3: biceps and triceps
Day 4: glutes and calves
Day 5: traps and shoulders
And these muscles can be superseded because they don’t work together. Once you’re done with a tricep exercise, you rest a little bit and then you do a bicep exercise. While the triceps recover. Plus every 48 hours the muscles are being restimulated. Should I stick with this or should I try a different split for more gains? Can someone please help me out?

Triceps: Monday and Friday(focus)
Biceps: Tuesday and Friday(focus)
Monday: All push muscles
Tuesday: All pull muscles + Legs (deadlifts)
Friday: Arms, shoulders and grip
Saturday: Legs and back (deadlifts)
